Donna ‘Schrodinger’s Democrat’ Bugat -v- Murdoch family & Ors (ie politicians & Vic Police) @ Supreme Court, Victoria, Australia: FAO Registrars et al: My universal peace plan is to (despite serious ongoing health challenges from recurrent cancer etc diagnoses) redress… inequality across adoptions with… choice for all adoptees of ‘right of return’ to our own identity, regardless of our race, religion, politics or none, and according to universal jurisdiction, through a universally recognised ‘registered office’ in universal city of Jerusalem (which still has no legal agreement over ‘final status’) that I would help fund from a ‘public trust’ I plan to establish from a $3 billion dollar ‘donation’ from Murdoch family to settle my lawsuits… (24.10.2024)
(I still have some agencies, organisations who use my married surname, although I am divorced, and they know that, because the adoption court order doesn’t give me the freedom to use my own surname, which isn’t always recognised, even if and when Donna is used)
I have legally notified according to universal jurisdiction of this witness statement/of truth/statutory declaration.
My own identity of Donna Bugat (formerly known as Babs) is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination.
There is a cognitive disconnect between politicians publicly proclaiming identity is everything, including when it comes to ‘citizenship’ while thinking nothing of taking advantage of vulnerable children, to label us adoptees, and completely… erase our identities, including to often switch citizenship/s.
A central legal issue of -inequality- among people made adoptees as children exists because we have no genuine choices so inequalities within adoption and beyond are not only perpetuated but cynically exploited by the likes of the Murdoch family who really have been hiding what they are doing.
The Murdoch family publicly promote adoption and democracy !!!! while hiding that they illegally use/d:
a) an adoption court order to traffic me to the intelligence services and
b) erase my Mediterranean identity, and then
c) illegally secured adoption legislation in 1984 in Victoria, Australia while I was in Israel and Italy and still did not know and had not ben told about my Mediterranean identity while Barnett who posed as my godfather was Director General of ASIO and working for the Murdoch family when they illegally secured the state adoption legislation to also illegally exclude me (out of part spite/part cover- up etc because I had refused to join the intelligence services which is why I was also sent 12000 miles away as a teenager to the UK) from having the freedom other born and bred Australian citizens take for granted of being able to choose to stand for election in federal politics in Australia.

**** I obviously do not have DNA linking me to adopted ‘cousins’ in both Australia (in Queensland – which has curiously not been re-named Kingsland) and in England in the UK (who all obviously know I am an adoptee)
** I do know (and it is legally recorded) a Chief Inspector Layzell below (who decamped to a British off-shore tax haven while Ingledew slithered across to Westminster Council & then HQ11X00563) never mentioned the unlawful political interference of “both houses and black rod” in police “operational decisions” (the document was illegally withheld and not disclosed incl by the latest British PM and Murdoch family lawyer Starmer (who was the fmr DPP) et al until after a hearing on 3rd March 2009 in CO/11393/2007 etc (which also saw a Sir Ken Jones decamp to Victoria Police in Australia) which was/were never settled:
(N.B: I was an interested party in CO/11393/2007 but also had my own High Court jury lawsuit, because I was actually unlawfully arrested etc on for example 23rd May 2006)
This was another unlawful arrest (below) about to unfold while peacefully publicly advocating for “peace, love and justice for all” outside Downing Street in the UK:
I know from my own “lived experience” of being an adoptee, mum and a peace campaigner in Parliament Square, Central London in the UK defending peaceful freedom of expression for everyone, while the Murdoch family et al were trying to ‘privatise’ Parliament Square, Central London, that the only ‘front line’ the Murdoch family are ever found on, is the one where they are trying to profit from promoting and perpetuating… inequality.
I do reasonably believe that the inequality that is so rampant across adoption can peacefully be redressed by a universally recognised ‘registered office’ in Jerusalem which is a city that still has no agreement over final status.
It is obviously a political scandal that I am illegally excluded by an adoption court order & adoption legislation from 1984 (when I was in Israel and Italy, and I still did not know and was not told about my Mediterranean identity, but did not want to return to the UK) from having the freedom that every other born and bred Australian citizen can take for granted of being able to choose to stand in federal politics in Australia, without political or judicial interference.
I obviously did not voluntarily return to Australia either from my own home in Breizh which is an autonomous region in France which is another Mediterranean country, but I do intend while a resident and Australian citizen in the Melbourne CBD, in Australia to peacefully try and resolve the legal… inequalities… within adoption.
There are many benefits for everyone, including all governments, in my having a universally recognised ‘registered office’ in the universal city of Jerusalem for any adoptees who choose to, to notify of ditching an adoption court order through, because there is no agreed final status among governments over the city of Jerusalem. The registered office would have to be done and funded through a public trust by a $3 billion dollar ‘donation’ from the Murdoch family to peacefully settle my compensation claims in lawsuits.
It would mean on a personal level, my actual home is in Breizh, France, although it is unlikely I will ever be able to permanently live there again, because of serious ongoing health issues from recurrent cancer etc diagnoses, that I am also a born and bred Australian citizen legally resident in the Melbourne, CBD, but would have a registered office, in the city of Jerusalem on the Mediterranean too, that I could visit if and as my health permitted.
A kinder evolution is possible.
