I make this witness statement/of truth/statutory declaration.
My own identity of Donna Bugat (formerly known by my adopted name of Babs) is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination. I am a ‘Schrodinger’s Democrat’ because politicians and the press et al dishonestly publicly claim Australia is a democracy for -all- Australian citizens, but my lived experience every single day is that I am an Australian citizen, resident in the Melbourne CBD, illegally excluded by politicians et al from that supposed democracy. It makes for interesting conversations with other members of the public.
It causes me great sadness that my Mediterranean identity was completely erased when I was a small child adoptee, before I was sent 12000 miles away from Australia to the UK, as a teenager because I refused to join the intelligence services who ‘raised’ me, because I naturally just wanted my own identity, and to move on with my own life. The one enduring memory I have of my living around the Mediterranean in Israel and Italy in the real 1984 when I still did not know and was not told about my own Mediterranean heritage or that politicians et al in Australia were plotting to illegally try and ban me from federal politics in Australia, is that although I still did not know and was not told about my own Mediterranean heritage, I did not want to return to the UK.
I am an Australian born and bred citizen who already has the publicly recorded “lived experience” of peacefully standing up for the primacy of the peace and harmony of the rule of law and democracy regardless of race, religion, politics or none, and despite the unprecedented unlawful political interference of a revolving doors of politicians and press et al in the British Parliament etc (ie: “both houses and black rod”) who along with the British monarchy were illegally trying to ‘privatise’ the public space of Parliament Square, Central London, in the UK, for their own personal financial advantage etc etc.
The ‘trial by media’ of me in the UK began on the same day, Blair who is the Murdoch family lawyer was grandstanding with politicians in Victoria, Australia:
The Murdoch family ‘Law Reports’ in the Times (when the Murdoch patriarch and various family members et al were Directors) is slightly more than ‘economical with the truth’ when compared with transcripts or audio from 21st June 2010:
The multiplicity of court records in the UK prove politicians et al were always illegally trying to ‘overtake’ High Court jury lawsuits from Brian and I, and that the belated admission below of the unlawful political interference of the British Parliament (“both houses and black rod” in supposed police “operational decisions” was illegally withheld until after 3rd March 2009 in CO/11393/2007 which obviously legally compromised for example a Sir Ken Jones who decamped to Victoria, Police in Australia, the rancid deviant & fmr MP, Mayor of London, FM & PM Johnson and his partner in crime, the fmr DPP and now latest British PM Starmer (along with the fmr Australian PM, FM, PM & now Australian Ambassador to the United States Rudd who laundered $1.4 billion of British taxpayers money through Ingeus in the UK to cover up).:
It was obviously no ‘mistake’ that the “both houses and black rod” document (below) had repeatedly been illegally withheld for…. years:

It is not possible for me to live a remotely similar life to most other Australian citizens in Australia while politicians and the press et al in Australia continue to dishonestly publicly claim Australia is a democracy, where Australian citizens have the freedom…. I do not have, to choose to stand for election in politics without political or judicial interference, because my own case, proves politicians et al have illegally sought to exclude me from standing for election in… federal politics in Australia via their politically motivated… state adoption legislation from 1984, so their claim that Australia is a democracy for -all- Australian citizens is simply not true.
This was another unlawful arrest (below) about to unfold while publicly advocating for “peace, love and justice for all” outside Downing Street in the UK:
There is a very big difference between being able to take for granted you have as a law abiding Australian citizen the freedom to stand for election in all politics in Australia (that means politicians may attempt to sometimes consider your interests, because at most they only want your vote, and not for you to stand for election against them) and knowing that politicians themselves have illegally legislated to try and permanently take away that right from you, which is a very serious abuse of the public trust placed in politicians etc that has happened to me.
My own case where politicians themselves legislated the duplicitous state legislation of the 1984 Adoption Act in Victoria, Australia (another “because I can Act” which was done partly out of spite and partly as a cover-up while Barnett who posed as my godfather was a Director General of ASIO working for the Murdoch family who trafficked me to the intelligence services) to ban me, as a peaceful and law abiding Australian citizen, from federal politics, in Australia, conclusively proves the politicians, press, courts and monarchy in Australia do not stand up for, including in a timely and respectful manner -all- law abiding Australian citizens freedom to choose to stand in federal politics in Australia without political or judicial et al interference.
And so I plan to peacefully try to change that by to the best of my ability standing in federal politics in Australia (I do not ‘reasonably believe’ I need ‘permission’ of any judge or court, including in Australia, to do that, by ditching the dual national adoption court order illegally imposed on me, thanks to the Murdoch family et al) with my central policy of holding a national referendum to enshrine the primacy of the peace and harmony of the rule of law and democracy which (rather than a republic or monarchy) is a priority for all Australian citizens every single day of our lives in Australia.
A kinder evolution is possible.
