Donna Bugat -v- Murdoch family & Ors (ie state & federal Labour & Liberal party, Vic Police et al @ Supreme Court, Victoria, Australia: FAO Supreme Court Registrar & passport office: This is to notify you, I am hereby foregoing any compensation from politicians (& police) in Australia with regard to a court certified copy of my ‘adoption court order’ being illegally withheld from me, on the strict understanding it is agreed I have ditched the ‘adoption court order’ that is causing me ongoing trauma that is inextricably linked to trauma of recurrent cancer diagnosis, without my needing the permission of anyone else or needing to go to court (which our biological parents did not have to do, for us to be ‘adopted’) because then I will have broken the cycle of abuse by the Murdoch family (which is what is most important to me) & taken away from the Murdoch family the political power they have improperly had from… exploiting ‘adoptees’ because I know because they were involved in the deception of my own ‘adoption’ that the only reason they have for many years always illegally promoted their wealthy ‘saviour’ propaganda is to… exploit ‘adoptees’ for their own personal financial gain, because they have been able to say to politicians and governments it is cheaper to keep paying off the Murdoch family instead of compensating ‘adoptees’ for illegally withholding a court certified copy of ‘adoption court orders’ from ‘adoptees’ which is clearly illegal & cannot continue & was what the 1984 adoption legislation in Victoria, Australia is & was obviously trying to cover up (it doesn’t stop other adoptees suing & I ‘could’ always separately pursue my own jury lawsuits in the UK related to ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005 etc minus the legal issues about the ‘adoption court order’ because there are obviously still some travel & health insurance issues in my own case) (03.11.2023)

The Victorian 1984 adoption legislation is obviously about trying to cover-up court certified copies of ‘adoption court orders’ have illegally been withheld from adoptees.

I just wanted to be able to be free from the adoption court order, so I could get on with my own life, and learn more about my Mediterranean heritage while I was living in my own home in Breizh, France, in the same way, I had ditched the marriage certificate from New Zealand and replaced it with a divorce certificate in the UK, which btw was way easier, and a huge relief, because I didn’t want the government using any pieces of paper to claim they could interfere in my life however they liked. I refused to sign up to any ‘official secrets act’ for the same reason and I am not keeping the secret of court certified copies of ‘adoption court orders’ being illegally withheld from ‘adoptees’.
A kinder evolution is possible.
