My own identity is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination.

I do not have to ask anyone else’s ‘permission’ to reclaim my own Mediterranean identity that was illegally erased by an ‘adoption court order’ I never agreed to.

It would be a legal absurdity for politicians to try and use legislation to say I have to have the permission of the same political parties and their mates, who erased my Mediterranean identity, to reclaim my Mediterranean identity.

It’s not like the Murdoch family and political parties could claim they did not know what they were doing with the 1984 adoption legislation in Victoria, Australia, because they did it with the knowledge of Barnett who posed as my godfather, when he was Director General of of ASIO and they were trying to cover up they had used the ‘adoption court order’ to erase my Mediterranean identity.

I should have been able to have a new Australian passport in my own identity… before and without needing to return to Australia. It is obviously illegal to try and deny me an Australian passport and the ability to leave Australia, unless I have ‘permission’ from political parties to reclaim my own Mediterranean identity.

I could not as an adult need anyone else’s ‘permission’ to ditch an adoption court order’ made while I was a minor, and nor could legislation legally mean I would have to return to Victoria, Australia to even find out if I could do so. I was married in New Zealand and divorced in the UK (which I did not need any judge’s ‘permission’ to do) without needing to return to New Zealand. It is legally unrealistic for Australian politicians who do not presume marriages to be forever, to presume that adoption court orders can arbitrarily be imposed forever.

In the UK, the former British MP Lembit Opik who now works for the British and Iranian State broadcasters (the BBC and Press TV) had me unlawfully arrested during the Gaza War in 2008/2009.

The CCTV showed I was just grabbed off the street (without even any pretence of actually being arrested) and dragged into the Palaces of Westminster/ Houses of Parliament (they have their own dungeon) before the Palace of Westminster Police later admitted on CCTV at Belgravia, that a now former MP Lembit Opik told them to do it, in the free for all in Westminster)

I didn’t sign anything.

The politicians et al were trying to hide my… Mediterranean identity. I was first tortured in the UK, during the Lebanon War in 2006, and imprisoned again during the 2011 version of the Battle of Tripoli in Libya.

The only thing politicians and their mates ever care about is having a “robust media & communications strategy”:

The British Lords Hansard shows politicians et al had originally illegally banned any peaceful campaigning in Parliament Square, Central London, so ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005 that we forced off the statute books was only ever window dressing to try and cover that up. Much like the retrospective adoption legislation in 1984 in Victoria, Australia, was intended in my own case to try and cover up the adoption court order being used to erase my Mediterranean identity.
