My own identity of Donna Bugat is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination.
I feel comfortable and grounded with my Mediterranean heritage/ancestry, that the Murdoch family et al have only always illegally sought to ‘officially’ permanently ‘erase’ for their own narrow financial and ‘ideological’ interests.
Most people know there is never any excuse for anyone to harm defenceless civilians anywhere.
There is no excuse and it is obviously absolutely unlawful for Murdoch et al to use the ‘colour of law’ to illegally try to ‘officially’ permanently ‘erase’ my Mediterranean heritage/ancestry. I do not ‘reasonably believe’ any court has (or has ever had) any… jurisdiction to ‘officially’ permanently ‘erase’ my Mediterranean heritage/ancestry.

The Murdoch family ‘Times’ narrative/version:
I don’t think politicians ‘inadvertently’ refuse to make or keep accurate and contemporaneous court records.
I do not ‘reasonably believe’ a court where… politicians refuse to make, keep or publish an accurate and contemporaneous record of court proceedings could legally accuse defenceless civilians of… saying something wrong inside a court, when it was disputed what was said, while it was outside our control to guarantee we could make, keep or publish an accurate and contemporaneous record of court proceedings.
The reality is ‘adoption court orders’ and any accompanying records are also not necessarily an accurate and contemporaneous record of what has been said including in any court proceedings.
I think there could be an increasing problem in Australia, with a two-tier legal system, that is designed to undermine the rule of law by replacing evidence based jury trials with politically appointed ‘ombudsman’ & NACC for politicians & their mates. It cannot be legal for anyone to say that an adult ‘adoptee’ (which is a label arbitrarily imposed by politicians) cannot be released from an ‘adoption court order’ including, until and unless an adoptee also agrees under duress to ‘waive’ any jury lawsuits that involve politicians and their mates. My personal view is that the newly created NACC (National Anti- Corruption Commission) or at least the constitution of it, in its current form, is actually illegal because it furthers a… political agenda of having a two-tier legal system. There was never any realistic prospect in my own adoption case, that politicians would ever agree to my officially ditching the ‘adoption court order’ they have only ever used for… political reasons. The retrospective 1984 legislation is seen to be completely arbitrary, biased and unfair, because it made no pretense of any provision for people who are never told they are adopted, or who permanently live overseas for any number of reasons.
My personal view is I don’t think it is a big deal to have one Jewish State on the Mediterranean, where there are numerous Catholic and Muslim countries. But I do think people like Murdoch who is a white supremacist have caused avoidable problems which I have experienced in my own life, because they only want for example, a wealthy white male controlled Jewish State on the Mediterranean and only then for narrow oil and gas interests.
I am like many ordinary people who no longer trust what politicians and the press say they think, because of the Iraq War, and I have an interest in peace around the Mediterranean that the Murdoch family really do not have. I was unlawfully arrested in the UK because I peacefully openly campaigned for ‘Peace, Love & justice For All’ which was a banner politicians kept destroying. I support both a Jewish state and a Palestinian state on the Mediterranean, and while I was living in Breizh, France I did also peacefully campaign for Palestine to be able to join Blair et al’s ICC if that is what they wanted to do, which they did do in 2015, after many people said they could not, because of conflicting views of their ‘status’.
I don’t personally believe that… democracy should mean being arbitrarily… controlled by wealthy white males.
A kinder evolution is possible.
