It needs to be said, that the Murdoch family really need to get over themselves.
The fact is the Victoria Police know I was not charged, prosecuted or convicted of anything from 21st December 2021, which they cannot now try to illegally ‘sidestep’ or ‘gloss’ over etc.
The reality is the biggest loser from adult adoptees having our basic right to officially renounce an adoption court order made while we were minors without our ridiculously needing the ‘approval’ of anyone else or having to go to court, officially acknowledged, will be the Murdoch family. Why should anyone care about the Murdoch family ?? The Murdoch family whose unscrupulous ‘business model’ is to trade in secrets and lies, for their own personal financial profit, and political influence, prefer to continue to politically and financially profit from the politically motivated 1984 adoption legislation in Victoria, Australia, at the expense of adoptees, instead of actually making adoption legal !! and peacefully settling lawsuits. The reality is adoptions as they stand could not be legal if an adult adoptee cannot officially renounce an adoption court order made while we were minors without our needing the ‘approval’ of anyone else etc.
A very belated comment (below) from an anonymous person in Victoria Police, sounds like typical Murdoch family sophistry, that could also have been artificially generated by a computer, so presumably it is from someone on the Murdoch payroll. who may well have been one of the people who unlawfully arrested me on 21st December 2021. I have obviously… consistently said I was unlawfully arrested on 21st December 2021 that Vic Police do not actually… officially deny. I do think it is odd, that Victoria Police who illegally refused to take a witness statement from me on 21st December 2021, let alone before unlawfully arresting me, have not so much as handed over to me by email, a single witness statement from any of the entourage of police officers involved, and nor have they identified who is their lawyer in their legal department which they must have, who is dealing with agreeing an apology for me along with compensation.
The Victoria Police did illegally stop me going about my lawful business on 21st December 2021 which has had a seriously adverse affect on my life:
It is obviously absolutely unlawful to in any way be… adversarial towards me or try to make any kind of what are… excuses, because I was unlawfully arrested for legally refusing to be forced to stay ‘adopted’.
The… legal department of Victoria Police (who should properly inform police officers) would reasonably know there is universal jurisdiction and no statute of limitations over the repeated use of torture, and the attempted murder of me in the UK, and that Victoria are breaching non-refoulement by continuing the political persecution of me by illegally trying to enforce an ‘adoption court order’ against me too.
My observation is there is obviously no… identifiable ‘system’ in place to stop a police officer who has unlawfully arrested a member of the public, then sitting in an office, surreptitiously being directly involved in pretending to ‘investigate’ whatever. I’d have obviously been very surprised if the bureaucratic jungle of Victoria Police (which did after all include the former FM, PM and now Australia Ambassador Rudd’s Chief of Staff Ms Corrie McKenzie posing as a civil servant in the DOJ which as a political appointee she clearly was not) had cared. The very important legal point is, it is not the legitimate business of Victoria Police to be ‘enforcing’ adoption court orders against adult adoptees.
The true legal reality is, Victoria Police do not… officially deny they unlawfully arrested me on 21st December 2021, which they would have had to do in a timely manner. It is self evident Victoria Police obviously cannot legally try and very belatedly … replace a witness statement from me made in whatever form I choose, that can be used in a court, including before a jury, with the distraction of whatever is their own ‘complaint form’ may be over an unlawful arrest etc.
I am obviously not a… criminal simply because I refuse to ‘comply’ with an adoption court order or disingenuous adoption legislation, the Victorian Police would reasonably know… they have no legal authority to enforce against an adult adoptee. It is clearly unlawful to use an adoption court order against an adoptee for what are purely… political reasons.
Who gave Victoria Police any… legal authority to enforce an adoption order against an adult adoptee ?
It was actually very strange that I was unlawfully arrested on 21st December 2021 while sitting quietly in the County Court in Melbourne (which I obviously did not voluntarily go to) because I wasn’t stopping anyone from going about their business or in any way obstructing the administration of justice. I didn’t even have a banner (although I probably should have) I was perfectly entitled to sit quietly in the court-house or indeed sit in the public gallery of any court-room if I had so felt like doing. The starting point is there were no actual legal grounds to arrest me for quietly being in the County Court. I wasn’t doing anything other than quietly… sitting in the court-house, I didn’t even voluntarily go to. In fact what the entourage of police did made no legal sense whatsoever, so when they said they had arrested me I said fine, then I would like a lawyer and the lawyer can… witness… my witness statement, at which point they immediately de-arrested me. When I was honest enough to then say I was going across the road to the Supreme Court to complain about what had just happened, they then unlawfully arrested me again (for the third time that day because they had arrested me for a second time when I re-entered the County Court because the entourage of Victoria police could not give me a legal reason for me not to) and they then bundled me into a police van and dumped me at the intersection of a fire station and catholic cathedral and wrote I was banned from entering the CBD for twenty four hours, without giving any legal grounds for that, despite my asking and then showing what they wrote to the Victoria Police bureaucracy. It is not good enough that my most basic rights are and were completely ignored because my adoption case is a political embarrassment.
The fact any adoptee could actually be unlawfully arrested for doing nothing more extraordinary than trying to extricate oneself from an ‘adoption court order’ does not encourage… confidence in the government or police, and does tend to bring the administration of justice into very serious disrepute. It is entrapment and so on to say an adult adoptee needs to go to court and go through an obstacle course that ‘might’ result in being freed from an adoption court order made while we were minors. There is absolutely no consideration of adult adoptees like myself whose… home is actually overseas. The Victoria Police have also recklessly stopped me living in my own home in Breizh, France.
I reasonably believe it is the Murdoch family who trafficked me to the intelligence services who are standing in the way of actually making adoption legal and Victoria Police should certainly not be actively involved in helping the Murdoch family to do that.
The politicians and public officials come and go, but the Murdoch family continue to profit at the expenses of adoptees. The reality of what really happened on 21st December 2021 was that my case is a… political embarrassment because the unscrupulous Murdoch family have always been illegally gaming the 1984 adoption legislation to politically profit at the expense of adoptees. by stopping adoption actually being legal and adoptees compensated.
I am correct that what happened to me in the UK, was because the Murdoch family knew the unreasonable and unnecessary 1984 adoption legislation from Victoria, Australia (made when Barnett who literally posed as my godfather was Director General of ASIO)… could not be used against me in the UK to stop my jury lawsuits there. The purpose of the 1984 adoption legislation in Victoria, Australia was after all, to illegally try and stop lawsuits, by illegally trying to put adult adoptees through a completely unreasonable and unnecessary obstacle course. Of course it should never be the case that any adoptee is put through any kind of bureaucratic obstacle course.
The Victoria Police did illegally employ Sir Ken Jones from ACPO in the UK and offer him Australian citizenship !! knowing that he was already on the Murdoch family payroll, and illegally refused to identify… who illegally leaked my adopted identity (it was the Murdoch family) with false information while I was illegally detained after being unlawfully arrested on Mothers Day 2006 in the UK:

The fact is there are no witness statements that exist that back up what was published on March 26th 2006 while I was illegally detained in the UK, so I could not get an injunction to stop it being published, that also does not identify… who illegally leaked my adopted identity along with false information, which was the Murdoch family which Sir Ken Jones knew. ******The reason the false information was published on Mothers Day 2006, was to try and hide when it was agreed I had a civil jury lawsuit that the Murdoch family et al knew they could not use the 1984 adoption legislation from Victoria, Australia (which was intended to stop jury lawsuits) to stop my jury lawsuits/s in the UK****
There is a connection of not just the Murdoch family in Australia, but also the fact that Sir Ken Jones was connected too, along with Murdoch family cheerleader Ms Deborah Glass etc.
The politicians unlawfully arrested “Peace, Love & Justice For All” on 9th July 2006 outside Downing Street, in Blair et al’s Britain (which was in any practical or legal sense breaching the Good Friday Agreement in Northern Ireland because politicians had just extended the use of… torture to peace campaigners and an adoptee in England):
The biggest ‘crime’ there is in the eyes of the Murdoch family is “Peace, Love & Justice For All”.
It was very important to me to peacefully campaign in a public space to do what I could to not only speak out against the illegal Iraq War, but to try and stop terrorism being used against civilians for political reasons. I couldn’t stop myself being terrorized by the British government for political reasons, but I did help protect public spaces for peaceful civilians campaigning by responsibly forcing the political ban on peaceful freedom of expression in ss 132-138 of the ‘Serious Organized Crime & Police Act 2005’ off the statute books, despite what the Murdoch family did too.
The unlawful arrest of me and Steve Jago on 5th August 2006 which was when I was originally first tortured, for two hours, after I had been specifically targeted in among many thousands of people, who were not arrested, resulted in two CPS (Crown Prosecution) lawyers tracing me through the criminal justice system and coming forward as witnesses for me, who were fired for doing that in Blair et al’s Britain.
It is obviously not at all unreasonable of me to try and improve my quality of life following being diagnosed with recurrent cancer, by doing everything I can in extremely difficult circumstances, to peacefully see through my officially renouncing the adoption court order being officially recognized and included in my adoption court record.
The arrogant Murdoch family who trafficked me to the intelligence services, bought and paid for legislation to illegally try and avoid jury lawsuits, by illegally denying an adult adoptee the basic right to as adults officially renounce an adoption court order made while we were minors without or needing the ‘approval’ of anyone else etc.

The truth is I just want to peacefully get on with… my own life (without the ball and chain of an adoption court order illegally controlled by the likes of the unscrupulous Murdoch family buying self serving legislation because they ridiculously like to pretend they are… better than anyone else ?? Seriously ??) There is nothing remotely ‘clever’ about the Murdoch family nastiness that plenty of journalists and photographers in Westminster did complain about while being exploited by them, themselves. I don’t personally really want a single dirty cent from the Murdoch family, but I feel I should make some effort to sue them for financial compensation which for me is a secondary consideration compared to officially renouncing the adoption court order etc. I’m not even that interested in financial compensation from Victoria Police, but there does need to at least be an official apology etc from Victoria Police on my adoption court record. I know the snooty Murdoch family don’t have anything called humility in them to even apologize to me, but at least stopping what they are doing can help other adoptees.
