Donna Bugat -v- Murdoch family & Ors (ie: Premier Andrews) @ Supreme Court, Victoria, Australia: My officially renouncing ‘adoption court order’ (made while I was a minor) is… intended to make adoptions, safer, fairer &… legal, for everyone & could not possibly have legally needed me to return to Victoria, Australia to go to & have ‘approval’ of any court to do (before I was then officially diagnosed with recurrent cancer) that includes County Court was however… legally obliged to file my renunciation in my witness statement on 21st December 2021, in Case 352, regardless of whether anyone agreed with me, or not, where there was also no legal authority to exclude the inconvenient fact of torture & attempted murder of me in the UK by the Murdoch family & Johnson et al because of 1984 adoption legislation based on me, in Victoria, Australia, which has only ever been about illegally trying to ‘sidestep’ potential & actual lawsuits in for example Victoria, Australia & then UK (ie: HQ11X00563) while Premier Andrews is still illegally trying to ‘sidestep’ he is legally obliged to officially acknowledge & accept I have lawfully officially renounced ‘adoption court order‘ that he could not legally change I have done, after I returned in July 2019 and he appointed for… political reasons a member of same Cain family who passed… political ‘adoption’ legislation based on me in 1984 bought & paid for by same Murdoch family who had maliciously targeted me in the UK, as a County Court judge, State Coroner & member of Judicial Commission in Melbourne, Victoria in October 2019 (before Cain snr who was… fmr Premier responsible for 1984 legislation died in December 2019) when reality is, Murdoch family have most profited from… 1984 legislation in Australia & 2011 legislation in UK based on me, that is undeniably only illegally intended to ’sidestep’ any potential & actual lawsuits like in UK (ie HQ11X00563 etc) at the long-standing personal, physical & emotional expense of adult adoptees who have illegally been denied the most basic legal right because it was cheaper to keep paying off Murdoch family et al (31.07.2023)
My own identity of Donna Bugat is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination.
The politically enforced absence of a genuine basic right for adult adoptees to make our own decision about officially renouncing an ‘adoption court order’ made while we were minors we do not wish to continue, that could not possibly need us to pay money to or have the ‘approval’ of anyone else including any court, has meant adoptions have in any… legal sense, continued to be an entirely unregulated billion dollar industry.
(It’s a matter of public record in the UK, I did not buy into needing the ‘approval’ of the politicians who banned peaceful freedom of expression in Parliament Square, Central London in ss 132-138 of the libelous Serious Organized Crime and Police Act 2005 which I helped force off the statute books)
The political ‘adoption’ legislation in 1984 based on me in Victoria, Australia (before Murdoch family who trafficked me to intelligence services, maliciously targeted me in the UK calling for more legislation when I was in Parliament Square, Central London) was always only about trying to illegally ‘sidestep’ any potential and actual lawsuits, including with a jury because it was cheaper to pay and keep paying off Murdoch family than officially recognise basic rights of adult adoptees to make our own adult decision about adoption court orders without needing the approval of any court.
A jury would agree this is an example of a… political appointment by Premier Andrews:
I was unlawfully arrested on 21st December 2021 because it was… politically expedient to illegally stop me putting my… witness statement renouncing the adoption court order and complaining about the torture & attempted murder of me in the UK to try and stop a jury agreeing with me, in Case 352.
There was no need to open a new case to ‘apply’ for anything because there was no legal impediment to Case 352 including a counter lawsuit against the same Murdoch family as in the UK, and Premier Andrews who has illegally ignored adult adoptees… basic rights to make our own adult decision what to do about an adoption court order, for purely… political reasons, that ignored politicians knew adoptees like myself lived overseas, because I was illegally sent 12,000 miles away as a teenager, based on an adoption court order, that was illegally… withheld from me.
The facts are Barnett who literally posed as my godfather was Director General of ASIO in 1984 when he used one spy scandal, involving the Labour party Combe-Ivanov affair to leverage legislation to hide the long standing spy scandal involving the Murdoch family who trafficked me to the intelligence services.
The real issue is about the ‘adoption court order’:
In the UK, the Murdoch family (who were involved in my being literally kidnapped on 19th July 2007 from inside a court-room… during live proceedings to stop me giving evidence in a case they were involved in) was saying in for example 2011 for everyone to look anywhere else, but at the fact they were maliciously calling for more legislation against me in the UK to illegally keep trying to… delay lawsuits, while illegally covering up the CCTV of the torture and attempted murder of me that was undeniably by then about illegally trying to avoid jury lawsuits when they ran the ‘remove’ me without any caveats:
The Murdoch family henchman Lord Marlesford liked to mouth off in the British House of Lords (below) in July 2011, while covering up the CCTV of the torture and attempted murder of me (which was not a civil matter) invited by the Murdoch family on Sky News on 19th July 2009 (above) which the BBC who were originally involved with BksyB repeated what was said on what was the Murdoch family Sky News in the UK then, (which was not a civil matter):
I discovered I very much preferred living in my own cottage in my own small forest, in a republic in a Mediterranean country, although my Mediterranean heritage is still ‘officially’ denied, because I had been… forced to miss out on experiencing so much during my life, because that Mediterranean heritage is ‘officially’ denied. So it was a real life changing experience for me to ‘officially’ live there. It helped to at least begin to make up for what is ‘officially’ denied, that has adversely affected the choices I should have been able to make throughout my life. There was a lot to love about where I lived in my own home in Breizh, France. The ‘adoption court order’ from Victoria, Australia, just stopped me being able to properly move on with my own life in Breizh, France.
The County Court in Victoria, obviously did not have any legal authority to have me arrested to illegally… stop my witness statement going on the court record in Case 352, in December 2021, regardless of whether anyone disagreed with my officially renouncing the ‘adoption court order’ (which the Premier could have contested before at the very least a civil jury if politicians had ‘a recognised defence in law’ which they don’t) along with wanting to cover up the torture and attempted murder of me in the UK that happened because of basic rights being ignored.
It’s not like the Murdoch family ever intended to debate anything with their investors, on national television or in front of any criminal or civil jury.
The priority remains that politicians are… legally obliged to officially acknowledge I have as an adult adoptee officially renounced an ‘adoption court order’ they… chos to not go to court and argue, because that is the… only way to make adoptions, safer, fairer and… legal for everyone.
I would obviously use compensation from the Murdoch family who have benefited most, from the denial of basic rights to adult adoptees, while politicians have come and gone, to have an office that makes and keeps an accurate and contemporaneous record of any adult adoptees renunciations, who want a separate record from the government kept, that helps, supports and encourages adult adoptees of any race, religion, politics or none who want to or have officially renounced an ‘adoption court order’. There are obviously very few accurate legal records of any adoptions/cases because the only information that is or has generally been kept is only done to suit the… political whims of whoever happens to be in government at any particular time.
It is extraordinary that legal bodies and courts have not officially questioned the law offices of state and Commonwealth Attorney Generals offices use of the… political language of ‘forced adoption’ that is not only not a recognized legal term, but is intended to try and ‘gold’ over and minimize trafficking etc.
I don’t personally see, given there is no separation of powers with politicians appointing members of the judiciary, any legal impediment to there being juries to appoint judges, or public elections to elect judges. The general trend is, the more politicians legislate, the less politicians want juries, and particularly when the likes of the Murdoch family have bought and paid for legislation, which is what has increased the… politicization of a judiciary.
My personal view (given I am not… voluntarily in Australia) is State and National ‘anti-corruption’ agencies in Australia, like Ibac & Nacc only seem to be appointed by politicians for the benefit of politicians, because they so blatantly ’sidestep’ the real world we live in. In the real world, politicians and government departments do multi-billion dollar deals involving numerous multi-national corporations etc based all over the world, without any proper legal scrutiny. The likes of the former Australian PM Rudd who is now posing as the Australian Ambassador to the United States, is but one example of someone who lied on 23rd June 2010 when he was PM about the reasons for the revolving doors to FM in Australia while collecting a $1.4 billion dollar brown envelope from the… British government in 2011 laundered through Ingeus of which he was a financial beneficiary, to illegally cover up what was happening/had happened in Parliament Square, Central London. The Australian Labour government incredibly pay public money to an International Crisis Group, where a Lord Malloch-Brown who no-one could honestly claim in any court, supports… democracy anywhere, appointed a former Australian FM Alexander Downer who illegally used the ‘adoption court order’ to illegally try and deny I am an Australian citizen, when I was in the UK.
I would not personally want a ‘forever’ adoption court order in any circumstances, but particularly because my own lived experience is that it has only ever been about whatever suits politicians and their mates in what is very clearly only a self-serving old boys club including the likes of the Murdochs, Cains or Downers et al.
The fact an adult adoptee officially renounces an ‘adoption court order’ is a very personal decision that does not need the ‘approval’ of anyone else, but is instead something politicians are legally obliged to officially acknowledge and accept.
A kinder evolution is possible.
