My own identity of Donna Bugat is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination.
I reasonably believe that it would have been officially acknowledged a very many years ago that adult ‘adoptees’ can of course lawfully and officially make our own adult decisions to renounce ‘adoption court orders’ without needing to go to any court to have the ‘permission’ of anyone/someone else when no-one else could possibly have any ‘legal standing’ to oppose that, if the Murdoch family had not… repeatedly bought and paid for retrospective legislation to illegally try and stop that happening for their own personal financial reasons.
My adopted identity, was illegally leaked on Mothers Day 26th March 2006 in the UK, for the specific purpose of politicians and press illegally trying to distract from the legal reality it was agreed on that date, I had a civil jury lawsuit. I was repeatedly unlawfully arrested so politicians and the press could publish whatever they liked while I was illegally detained because I could not get an injunction to stop that.
The Murdoch family have profited by playing it every which way, primarily to profit by stopping their own family being ‘professionally embarrassed’ with their unscrupulous involvement (their supposed ‘philanthropy’ is after all, only for tax purposes) & to further their business interests etc etc while blackmailing etc politicians to not acknowledge the legal reality for adult ‘adoptees’.
It should really not be in the interests of politicians to continue indulging the Murdoch family, at the expense of adult ‘adoptees’.
The only ‘rivals’ the Murdoch family and their political entourage did not want to ever publicly debate on any national television were Brian and I:

A journalist told us there were a) a lot of D-notices about us and b) journalists being paid money to hide some stories, like the government refusing to identify the male who violently punched me in the head.
It’s fair to say the Murdoch family did not want to debate this banner “Rupert Murdoch no free press” on national television, or the fact the banner was stolen by the government:

The Victorian Victims of Crime Commissioner is legally obliged to recognise I am a victim of crime, that very obviously includes the torture and attempted murder of me, to illegally stop me from doing nothing more extraordinary than making… my own adult decision to renounce an ‘adoption court order’ that I have proved (before I was officially diagnosed with cancer) I cannot legally be arrested, charged, prosecuted or convicted in any court for doing.
I do not need to be unlawfully arrested to prove that again.
I do have a reasonable expectation as an Australian citizen in Victoria, who has been subjected to torture and attempted murder, the Murdoch family… still profit from, for the Victorian Victims of Crime Commissioner to ask me how they can… help me, and particularly after my being diagnosed with recurrent cancer.
This is but one of a very many examples of the reality being, supposed political ‘sides’ are not just agreed on being pro… adoption, but advocate… stopping all adult ‘adoptees’ of any race, religion, politics or none, being able to make our own… adult decisions:
The only cynical purpose of what is purely political spin relying on the ‘permission’ hoopla, was the Murdoch family wanting to illegally try and ’sidestep’ any… potential lawsuits, particularly when they were extending their business into the United States too which involved getting citizenship in the United States, where it might have looked odd listing child trafficking as a family business.
The Murdoch family are part of the political spin trying to minimize and pass off child trafficking as ‘forced adoption’ in the knowledge that is not a recognised legal term in courts. It beggars belief that the Australian Attorney Generals’ office uses such political double-speak too, which is a direct result of the improper influence of the Murdoch family.
The government paid for a political PHD ‘thesis’ in Victoria, Australia in 2018 to knowingly try and mainstream the use of political language of ‘forced adoptions’ to try and distract from the correct legal term of child trafficking and the forced used of adoption court orders against adult adoptees in the here and now, which was the only reason the person was then backed by a political party to become a politician who became renowned for other presumably mining industry funded views too:
It’s fair to say, there’s certainly too much political hot air around about adult ‘adoptees’ making our own adult decisions.
The Murdoch family parachuted in another fully paid up political hire to the Liberal party in the State of Victoria, to replace a Ms Wooldridge who was never going to do anything about compensation before falling upwards to another lucrative role as CEO of ‘Gender Equality’ which in government means so long as you do what the oddly all male media barons want. Ms Wooldridge’s replacement in the Murdoch family factory, is an adult ‘adoptee’ who disingenuously does not acknowledge other adult adoptees can make a different decision to renounce an adoption court that does not need anyone else’s permission, and should not need us going to court, that should not lead to us being persecuted by being arrested etc.
Of course, it is widely known the Murdoch family concept of not so much ‘gender equality’ is limited to page 3 of their beloved Sun which tells anyone all they need to know about the Murdoch family priorities.
The politicians were not squeamish about publicly making an agreement on 19th July 2009 to torture and attempt to murder me to progress the Murdoch family financial interests, but they were squeamish about handing over the CCTV of that to me, they illegally refused to do:

A civil and criminal jury would know I was being… targeted from previous CCTV they had to hand over from the same date, several years earlier, albeit they had illegally edited, including to hide they had also illegally seized and destroyed independent video footage that was legally taken:
The Murdoch family did not want me before any even civil jury because the starting point would obviously be, how I came to be in the UK, and they knew no jury of adults, could ever say I needed to return to Australia to go to a County Court to have their ‘permission’ to make my own adult decision about any ‘adoption court order’.

The political distraction was about legal representation and civil jury lawsuits. The monarchy and Johnson obviously did not own any land in Parliament Square, Central London.
The Murdoch family were never going to ‘debate’ their henchman Lord Marlesford’s victim blaming tirade, on national television or in any court, that does directly link them to for example both 19th July 2007 and 19th July 2009:

I remember that on 19th July 2007 (before I was kidnapped from inside a courtroom… during live proceedings in Southwestern Magistrates court) I was shown CCTV that implicated the Murdoch family, that I was questioned about. I remember Brian also mentioning the involvement of the Murdoch family, and that I complained when the Murdoch family later illegally published a picture in the Sunday Times without explaining I had won the case, involving them, because of course they really could not explain their involvement in that case, when the government attempted to ’suffragette’ me.
The politicians who knew adult ‘adoptees’ like myself lived overseas (I was after all sent 12000 miles away as a teenager to avoid the Murdoch family et al being professionally embarrassed etc) could not have reasonably expected adult ‘adoptees’ to return to Australia that at the very least is entrapment, and so on.
The Murdoch family did not invite Brian or I on to Sky News Live on 19th July 2009 in the UK when they invited another now former British PM Cameron to publicly announce that the Tories… first ‘policy’ was that they would illegally ‘remove’ us without any caveats on how that was done. The ‘case’ in court on 19th July 2007 was about the fact the ’Westminster Village’ had already literally tried to ’suffragette’ me etc to for example illegally stop my using any family name from either my mother or father. The torture and attempted murder of me happened when the government was continually taking and then destroying my DNA because it obviously did not match -who- the politicians and press, publicly falsely claim I officially am.
The political agreement on 19th July 2009:
The reason the Murdoch family published the hit (on me) on Sky News on 19th July 2009, that is made clear it was really done by the Murdoch family when their henchman Lord Marlesford is publicly leading calls for more legislation in 2011 to cover up the torture and attempted murder of me, was so that it was clear between the politicians that there was -the agreement- between both Labour and Tory parties for what I now know was the planned torture and attempted murder of me by Johnson while he was the Tory Mayor of London.
The other Australian Lynton Crosby was really protecting the Murdoch family when he was grandstanding with Johnson et al because they all also covered up for Labour’s Livingstone too when everyone refused to identify the male who violently punched me in the head.
I am the only person who was in Parliament Square, Central London who was trafficked by the Murdoch family to the intelligence services, who was then a) kidnapped from inside a courtroom in the UK on 19th July 2007, during live proceedings to stop me giving evidence, in a case illegally involving the Murdoch family again, before the Murdoch family are using another politician to say on Sky News Live on 19th July 2009 they would illegally ‘remove’ me that directly led to the c) torture and attempted murder of me before d) their henchman Lord Marlesford is leading the call in the British House of Lords for more legislation against me in the UK in 2011 while e) they are illegally covering up the CCTV of the torture and attempted murder of me.
They obviously all knew the identity of the male who violently punched me in the head, they didn’t want to debate on national television either, let alone in any court before a civil or criminal jury.
I and my increasing number of lawsuits then stood in the way of the Murdoch family BskyB deal too, so then the 4th September 2009 happened:
The Supreme Court in Victoria, Australia is now legally obliged to identify the person who is going to take responsibility for acknowledging I have already lawfully and officially renounced the ‘adoption court order’ before I was officially diagnosed with cancer because I have already proved I cannot legally be arrested, charged, prosecuted or convicted for making my own adult decision to do that without needing to go to court and have the permission of anyone else. The Supreme Court can’t now… change that the County Court could not legally and did not prosecute, or convict me on 21st December 2021 using… any legislation, when of course I pointed out, I was not even voluntarily in the country. I actually had a licence to be in the court, because it was the government who said I had to go to court.
The obvious legal reality is not every law abiding civilian… adult wants a ‘court order’ of any kind from a government interfering in our private lives. It is and was actually the unreasonable interference of the ‘adoption court order’ that made me extremely reluctant to get married in New Zealand, and then hugely relieved to be divorced in the UK (which I did not have to return to NZ to do) because the ‘adoption court order’ has only ever caused nothing but continuing seriously adverse consequences for myself, and other family members too.
I am obviously legally entitled to very considerable compensation because politicians claim adult adoptees need to return to Australia to go through the wholly unreasonable Murdoch obstacle course of legal uncertainty if we wish to no longer have an ‘adoption court order’ that in my own case has included my being diagnosed with ‘recurrent cancer’ I did not have before I returned and have consistently said how unnecessarily stressful and distressing it all is.
I think the Sun knew before they sent their crime editor and photographer along in April 2010 (before the omnishambles of Johnson et al’s phoney ‘Democracy Village’ they illegally tried to join Brian and I too) that they were trying to discover what I knew about the male who attacked us the previous evening, they said the MET police told them was seconded from the Thames Valley to the National Crime Agency:
The Murdoch hire of Johnson was obviously completely… legally compromised long before he fronted the big Brexit for Murdoch et al. How Johnson ever passed any security vetting is a legal impossibility to explain, as indeed is him still having publicly funded police protection while posing as a journalist for Lord Rothermere now (which was pretty much the same when he worked for the Barclay Brothers too).
In the continually revolving doors of politicians/journalists in Westminster (and the journalists in Australia by and large originate from the same oddly all male media barons in Westminster) it is not at all unusual for a journalist to work for the BBC one day and the Murdoch family the next.
The UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has always followed the Murdoch family script very closely (that helped facilitate Brexit too) because of course the UN only revolves around politicians and civil servants and the cult of journalists, or celebrity despite there never having been any legal impediment to having a civilian member of the public as the UN Secretary General.
The UN have willingly spun what is really the Murdoch family spiel about adoptees, without having the common decency and manners to let… all adoptees speak for ourselves.
There is no identifiable legal need to even subject me to appearing in court for a civil suit following my being diagnosed with recurrent cancer, because the Murdoch family obviously have ‘no recognised defence in law’ to being wholly complicit in covering up the CCTV of the torture and attempted murder of me for their personal profit.
I could use compensation to help, support and encourage other adult adoptees by having an office that makes and keeps an accurate and contemporaneous record of adult adoptee renouncements of adoption court orders, that could be based in my home in the Breton Woods in Breizh, France.
A kinder evolution is possible.
