(I seriously doubt a Russian government would care much about the particular ‘lease’ legislation by an Australian government)
My own lived experience has informed me that what is so clearly missing generally in terms of jurisdiction and international law is an International Civil Court with the choice of juries.
I presume the Australian and Russian governments have published a copy of the alleged ‘lease’ in Canberra and their legal arguments for the public to see ? And where that might be ?
It would be helpful if you could advise me of the date of the ‘substantive’ hearing about the alleged ‘lease’ and subsequent legislation is taking place so that I can file information with the courts. Presumably there will be a video-link ?
