It’s fair to say that neither Brian or I wanted to stay forever in Parliament Square, Central London, and indeed it was actually politicians who tried to confine me to Parliament Square, because I did peacefully campaign at Downing Street and so on too.
The politicians do not want to accept I set the universal legal precedent that I could not need to return to Australia to be free from and to recover from prolonged life threatening forced conscription to adoption and now cancer which I only got because I was forced to return to Australia.
I properly asked in the Magistrates Criminal Courts, for the CCTV of the torture and attempted murder of me in the UK, and so I later refused to go through governments lawyers ‘security’ and in a… lift, to the… 2nd floor to be… forced to ‘agree’ the torture and attempted murder of me, was a ‘civil matter’:
The reality is Rudd et al had every opportunity to have a meeting with me while I was in Parliament Square, Central London, and they chose not to.
I do not reasonably believe it is legal for the politicians proxies to stop jobseeker because they have… lied by falsely claiming I did not meet a requirement all of which is disproportionate for them to do.
The politicians do not intend for me to actually have access to social housing (VHR 7104496525) in Australia:
It’s quite offensive to have my real name Donna sort of at most ‘officially’ listed as some sort of ‘add-on’ (without even any explanation of why) just like its completely offensive to “officially” use ‘adoption’ to hide my Mediterranean background.
In my own case, I properly informed the politicians proxies in writing that the lift was not working where I am currently staying and so I was through circumstances beyond my control unable to go out to a doctor, or to get food or attend a meeting with them. They know I have since I was diagnosed with cancer had worsening mobility while through no choice of my own being on a 2nd floor of a building, instead of being in my own home in Breizh, France, which is where I really want to be. The politicians proxies completely ignored what I told them in writing and just cut off my jobseeker although it is not my fault the lift was not working. Workmen who came to do emergency work to fix a leak, caused another leak that stopped the lift working too and so on and so forth so we were variously without running water or a working lift. There was nothing stopping the government making another appointment.
I should point out that I do not personally believe there are any… proportionate excuses for the government to use the supposed safety net of job seeker to actually try and make anyone homeless. I don’t think it is proportionate to make what is supposed to be a safety net reliant in any way, on the whims of politicians who will like Rudd, often have undeclared conflicts of interest. It’s politicians making trouble for the sake of making trouble, which politicians do have a propensity to do with the ‘because I can act 1984’.
The compulsory tone deaf ‘invitation that simply ignored the reality of cancer because it was an inconvenient fact:
In my case, it is not merely a “faceless system” because of course my lawsuits in the UK mean the face is very much known, because I essentially blew the whistle on Rudd in those lawsuits.
When the government were so rude and dishonest about my not being able to go to a meeting in Melbourne, on Friday13th January 2023 in Australia (I had been forced to go to a ‘meeting’ in the UK on a 13th January 2010 when politicians didn’t much like what I said then either) I then simply asked to change agencies and for the agency that had such an unreasonable problem with me, to send the new agency my correspondence that had properly explained that I wasn’t able to go to a meeting that was completely ignored because they… intended to just cut off jobseeker and lie about why, because they want me to be homeless !!
I do not reasonably believe the politicians have met their legal obligations regarding duty of care and health and safety etc and I would be curious to see one of the private companies own counsellors trying to explain the thinking behind trying to say I was in some way at ‘fault’ along with a copy of their insurance policy in terms of their lying to stop jobseeker.
The truth is an email from 16th September 2022 shows the job lot could contact me when it suits them (to basically bully and harass me) because they were trying to be deeply offensive when they ignored I was in hospital for cancer and having a major medical operation when I could not attend a meeting then, so they ordered me to go to some nonsense about a trade show they claimed was mandatory, a few days later.
I would not be personally be surprised if such ruthless ‘efficiency’ was accompanied by a goose-step or two.
It is a filthy dirty and corrupt lie to suggest I am in some way at ‘fault’ which they have also intended to use as an excuse about housing (yet politicians are the ones stopping me living in my own home in Breizh, France, while… intentionally doing all they can to keep me homeless in Australia too:
Clearly the politicians do not recognise that cancer is an illness, let alone that can be life threatening, or that it may just sometimes mean someone is in hospital, if the person with cancer happens to be an ordinary member of the public like myself.

It is worth pointing out that Angus Knight used the excuse I could not go on courses because they said I had to do that in the first six months, although they could not show me the fine print that said that.
Then I was shuffled across to this latest job lot (because it became embarrassing for Angus Knight to explain what they did to me) while this latest job lot, said I couldn’t go on any courses because I was not well enough.

Rudd has been… using the counseling canard to distract from what he has been up to (it would be seriously abusive and insulting for any counsellor to claim someone who is an adult cannot make our own… decisions, just because of being labelled adopted, and for them to publicly advertise that)
And yet a job lot appear to be saying they can…. force me to do anything they want regardless of any life threatening physical harm that causes me or else they can stop jobseeker, because politicians only ever want me to be homeless.
I reasonably believe that what is probably true is there are no legal grounds to force anyone to go to any meetings to have jobseeker because of course that is why various forms of universal income is being trialled in a number of countries.
The Royal Commission supposedly into what politicians call ‘robodebt’ should be looking into what else politicians are up to. I don’t personally believe in the royal part. It’s absolutely disgusting that politicians will use and abuse the weakest and most vulnerable people, over and over again. The politicians do after all use vulnerable children they label adopted, to buy votes from… anyone.
My personal view is that people who are adopted who have renounced draconian adoption legislation are arguably well placed to trial a universal program of health and social care.
I do not believe/understand that politicians in Australia have any/necessary jurisdiction to force someone adopted in Australia, living overseas, to return to Australia because politicians ‘might’ agree to release an adopted person from life threatening forced conscription of adoption etc
A kinder evolution is possible.
