Donna Bugat -v- State of Victoria, Australia & Ors: Premier Andrews & Health Commissioner et al’s all singing, dancing… statutory declaration free political roadshow spinning gospel of adoption to buy votes from… anyone, legally obliged to stop intentionally causing me life threatening physical & emotional harm while I am trying to recover from cancer etc, by ending… discrimination of people labelled adopted & making safe public & private spaces that acknowledge someone labelled adopted has a… genuine… choice regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, politics or none, to renounce draconian adoption legislation -or- to not renounce draconian adoption legislation, at any time, because I am also entitled to a free Australian passport in my own identity so I have genuine opportunity to make my own choices that can include living in my own home in Breizh, France & having medical treatment etc… elsewhere too (12.01.2023)

My own identity of Donna Bugat is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination.

The statutory declaration free Premier Andrews is legally obliged to stop grandstanding with cheap political soundbites and end the… discrimination of draconian adoption legislation for people labelled adopted.

It is difficult enough trying to recover from cancer etc without having the additional stress and distress of draconian adoption legislation still being used against me. That has also recently been further compounded by a combination of:

a) among other things, also finding it difficult to breathe even when sitting down on a tram in hotter weather because of a sudden intolerance to hotter weather since being diagnosed with and having the major operation for cancer (I have obviously never had a problem being outdoors in hotter weather before because I was in Parliament Square, Central London in all weathers for years) which has meant it is difficult for me to even go to a doctor or go shopping, including with the existing mobility issues. It was very frightening the last time I went out and was unable to breathe, even while sitting down in a tram, and I became worried that I would end up back in hospital again.

(I obviously still need a… complete copy of my recent hospital records, myself, because while I was an inpatient in one hospital, being treated for cancer, I did have medical procedures done by a different hospital because the hospitals share machinery, but I have not been able to get a copy of the result of a medical procedure done by the other hospital, that is a different hospital to the one where I was an inpatient. That missing hospital record is obviously essential, and particularly given the additional health problem with the intolerance to hotter weather etc etc)

b) I am unable to with my mobility problems, safely leave or enter my current housing to even go to a doctor or go shopping because I am on the 2nd floor and the lift in my property is not working and will not be working before sometime tomorrow at the earliest. Workmen sent to undertake emergency repairs last week to fix a water leak caused an additional water leak that stopped the lift working too, so we have variously had no running water, and no working lift. The workmen to fix the lift have been here last night and today without success because there is still a foot of water in the lift and they didn’t have the necessary equipment and so on, so we have been told this afternoon they will return tomorrow to try and fix the lift. It is likely that if the lift still cannot be fixed tomorrow, then I will have to consider agreeing to be moved to alternative accommodation I have never been to, until it can be fixed, which would obviously also be stressful too. I find having to move anywhere particularly stressful anyway, because I have been forced to move so many times, all around the world, by draconian adoption legislation, because there have never been any easily accessible processes to safely extricate myself from draconian adoption legislation.

(I was forced to sell my own home in Earley, Reading in the UK because my Mothers Day 2006 lawsuit was not settled in a timely manner etc etc)

There have to be safe public and private spaces for people labelled adopted who renounce draconian adoption legislation.

I am legally entitled as someone labelled adopted to a… genuine… choice like anyone labelled adopted, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, politics or none, to renounce draconian adoption legislation -or- to not renounce draconian adoption legislation, at any time, because I am also entitled to a free Australian passport in my own identity so I have genuine opportunity to make my own choices that can include living in my own home in Breizh, France & having medical treatment etc… elsewhere too.

A kinder evolution is possible.

This statement is true.
