My own identity of Donna Bugat is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination.
The likes of Premier Andrews and ‘chicken feed’ Johnson know they are not insured to continue adoption to illegally try and stop compensation for adoption.
The politicians knew they had to try and pretend my civil jury lawsuit/s could be/was a criminal prosecution against me, which is why the BBC illegally leaked my adopted name with other false information on Mothers Day on 26th March 2006 so Blair could grandstand in front of the Australian Parliament on 27th March 2006 instead of… resigning:
Blair was Murdoch’s tool: (it so happens the Murdoch matriarch who posed as a philanthropist in Australia was directly involved in my being adopted in Carlton, in Melbourne, Australia)
We did manage to force the political ban on civilians peaceful freedom of expression in ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005 off the statute books, although not a single politician, police officer, London human rights lawyer, prosecutor, judge or member of the monarchy congratulated us for doing that.

The many perverse absurdities of politicians wholly arbitrary and reckless draconian adoption legislation, that only continues because politicians do not want to pay compensation, includes that someone who is labelled adopted who could as an adult be living with a sibling who uses their real identity without any problem because they are not labelled adopted, is supposed to as the sibling who was arbitrarily labelled adopted be discriminated against by draconian adoption legislation that says if you want to use your own identity that is completely reliant on paying any amount of money to and having the permission of a court.

The ‘business’ in 2022 because ‘chicken feed’ Johnson is not insured:
It was seriously illegal for ‘chicken feed’ Johnson (whose ‘wingman’ is none other thanthe so called fmr DPP and Head of London not so human rights lawyers Doughty Chambers, turned Leader of the British Labour ‘Opposition’ Starmer) to refuse to hand over this CCTV to me including in a timely manner (by email would have been fine)
A Mike Schwartz (from Bindmans not so human rights lawyers either in London, who is now a partner at a Hodge, Jones & Allan instead) wrote a letter to secure the CCTV following a meeting with Brian and myself in the Methodist Central Hall (before he/Schwartz was fired by Brian because he didnt go to court to actually get the CCTV etc etc) then yelled down a phone to me and a now Doughty barrister Annabel Timan (who was at Michael Mansfield’s Tooks at the time) that if she/Timan represented me in anything at all she would not get any more business from Bindmans. I said I wasn’t the one who had done anything wrong, and Timan checked with the Bar Council to see if she could withdraw when I hadn’t done anything wrong, and the Bar Council said not unless she got a signed release from me which I refused to give, even when being put under unreasonable duress to do so, but she/Timan illegally walked away anyway on the day of and at the beginning of a malicious prosecution, against me (that arose from ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005) leaving me without legal representation as another show trial began, instead of standing up to Schwartz et al)
The Premier Andrews in Victoria, Australia similarly knew it was illegal to falsify government records to make it appear I owned property in Australia while intentionally trying to stop me living in my own home in Breizh, France while also trying to make me homeless in Australia (a politician only withholds something like CCTV or falsifies government records because they know what they are doing is illegal):
The fact that following so much prolonged stress and distress resulted in my being diagnosed with cancer only further complicates everything for me. I miss my nature lovers paradise in Breizh, France that has the most amazing symphony of birdsong I have ever heard.
It is difficult to try and recover from a major medical operation etc when you are not in the familiarity of your own home, and don’t have the same privacy. I always adored my quite unique little stone cottage which was rather like a very large tent, just literally built into the pink granite hillside, and facing towards all day sun, while in my very own woods. I remember (when I had to leave) it turned out the 28th June 2019 was the hottest day ever recorded in France of 45 degrees.
What I do know, is there is no space in my life for adoption or the legislative overreach of draconian adoption legislation.
A kinder evolution is possible.
