I am self evidently an adult who is legally entitled to make my own adult decision to have a passport in my own identity without needing to first pay money to and have the permission of any court, because draconian adoption legislation could not possibly apply to me as an adult.
The politicians cannot legally enact draconian adoption legislation to for example call themselves ‘parents’ and in so doing try and subject someone labelled adopted by them (that I personally call trafficking) to onerous legal proceedings as adults ‘if’ we want to use our true identity, and get on with our own lives instead, because of course every vulnerable child is legally entitled to automatically age out of ‘care arrangements’ as an adult. The draconian adoption legislation could not possibly apply to an adult.
There were also no circumstances where politicians and courts could legally withhold the supposed ‘adoption’ court order from me while I was not living in Australia to prevent it being challenged in a court in another country. There are no legal grounds that mean I should have had to return to Australia to be able to refuse to comply with draconian adoption legislation which I should have been legally able to do while I was still living in my own home in Breizh, France, where I was legally entitled to put the supposed ‘adoption’ court order before another court, which I should also have been able to do in the UK with a civil jury.
There is no genuine due process with draconian adoption legislation that is invented and re-invented by unscrupulous politicians like the British PM Johnson, who use it for their own political and personal financial advantage where in his case it is well documented he maliciously targeted me publicly with for example ss 132-138 SOCPA 23005 (now repealed) The only reason Johnson was chosen to originally be Mayor of London was specifically because it is well known he despises… independently minded women. It has clearly been absolutely unlawful for British and Australian politicians to pass the buck back and forth for so many years, over what they call my ‘adoption’.
The Victorian Police Minister is legally obliged to provide me with a written apology and compensation for sending an entourage of police along to bully me, because of the deliberate failure of politicians to issue me with an Australian passport in my own identity.
I’m not “feeling the love”… I understandably just want to take the bus to the airport to… leave the country:
I pointed out to the police officers that it is very clearly illegal that they can trot along to the passport office and get a passport in their own identity with no problems while… politicians by contrast falsely claim I need to as an adult who is legally entitled to make my own decisions to first pay money to and have the permission of a court before I may if it happens to suit politicians have a passport in my own identity simply because politicians say I can be treated differently and discriminated against when they use the word ‘adoption’. I pointed out I am an adult just like the police officers claimed they are, and that they and politicians had no legal grounds to discriminate against me, because I make my own decisions about using my own identity that police and politicians interfere in.
I further pointed out the Victorian police have still not explained arresting me inside, and then outside the County Court in Melbourne on 21st December 2021 when I said I would go across to the Supreme Court about what they had just done, because no-one has ever been able to explain why police having arrested me in a court they did not give me a lawyer who could witness my witness statement while the police took me to a court we were already in !! There was the old chestnut of an alleged trespass in a court which was clearly untrue. The police today claimed about my alleged trespass at Southern Cross Station that it is privately owned, while in fact the person claiming to represent the private company said they rent, what is clearly nevertheless a public space, where I was legally and properly waiting for my replacement Australian passport so I could catch a bus to the airport and leave the country.
Of course, the police had no legal authority to bully, assault and harass me today, because it was for the private company who rent an unknown part of the public space to take me to court, where I would obviously bring a counterclaim because I very obviously have not done anything wrong and am not in any way at fault because politicians illegally discriminate against me. I would be a little curious to see the terms of the private company’s rental of the public space of Southern Cross Station. The politicians are clearly at legal fault in not providing me with a replacement passport, not forgetting of course they were recently discovered falsifying records to try and falsely claim I own property in Australia to try and hide politicians are intentionally making me homeless.
It was clearly unlawful for any police officer to lay a hand on me, let alone start pushing me around, including to try and push me over while I am also using a walking stick anyway. It was very clearly an attempt by Victorian Police to try and get me to ‘retaliate’ in some way so Victoria Police could then unlawfully arrest me for an alleged assault, not least since an alleged trespass is such an obvious lie. After all, which part of I am legally entitled to an Australian passport in my own identity, have the Victorian Police not made absolutely clear to the Victorian… Police Minister ????
A police officer claimed they are allowed to make a referral for me to have legal aid, which they claimed they were doing, but I do not believe they were doing. I said it really is not for me to run around any longer trying to ‘sort anything out’ (only to be unlawfully arrested in court for goodness sakes) while the buck is endlessly passed between government agencies and departments. When the police tried to fob me off on the Salvation Army, they said they don’t do legal aid and it is the responsibility of the police to run around and try and find me emergency housing ( I reminded everyone about the unused Mickleham quarantine centre that I could come and go from) if the private company do not want me waiting to catch a bus to the airport at the oh so precious Southern Cross Station.
I said in any event, the treatment of me by politicians and public officials is completely and utterly disgraceful because it really is not that difficult to produce an Australian passport for me, in my own identity, The police even said I should waste my time going to speak to politicians who I pointed out, I did already phone and who have already lied, who I pointed out to the police they know would simply call the police and claim I was committing a trespass in their offices anyway. (I do after all have the supposed ‘landmark’ published trespass case in the UK from Parliament Square, Central London that was originally maliciously brought by the latest British PM who recently claims to be resigning, that I won with my counterclaim in HQ11X00563 involving Westminster Council too)
I pointed out to the Victorian police I wasn’t even actually voluntarily at Southern Cross Station either because of course the delay in providing me with a passport is adversely affecting my physical health and especially in the cold weather and while it is self evident I should be trying to recover from multiple autoimmune and related illnesses in the privacy and peace of my own home. (I was given yet another medical referral about my physical health in the last week relating to an illness it is very clear I will not be able to properly manage without being in my own home)
The police said what is going on must be frustrating for me, and I said no, it is politicians being corrupt that is obviously the problem because I do have the same right as politicians and police to have a passport in my own identity,
It was clearly illegal for politicians, police or a private company to even suggest I have done anything either wrong or unlawful in saying I am legally entitled to make my own decision to have a replacement passport in my own identity. I said I am fed up with being bullied by both the British and Australian politicians with all their lies about so called ‘adoption’.
A kinder evolution is possible,
