The legal reality is politicians, and public officials incl. courts know I am as an adult, legally entitled to make my own decisions so draconian adoption legislation could not possibly apply to me, and I am legally entitled to free (replacement) Australian passport in my own identity, along with financial compensation, to live in my own home in Breizh, France.
It is a legal impossibility for politicians to for example legally claim they can use draconian adoption legislation to call themselves a ‘parent’ of someone they label adopted while stopping the person labelled adopted as an adult, refusing to recognise that. The draconian adoption legislation could not possibly apply to any adult who is free like anyone else to make our own adult decisions.
A politician who claims to be adopted cannot legally use draconian adoption legislation for what are only their own… political ends. A state Liberal state politician who purports to be an adult and for example… personally wishes to be part of/have a big brother/nanny state or the likes of an equally manipulative federal Labour Foreign Minister who claims they can simply legislate to call themselves a ‘parent’ making adult decisions for them, then that state Liberal politician is perfectly capable of personally paying money to go to a court along with the federal Labour Foreign Minister, and applying for whatever completely ridiculous ‘court order’ they may like to have between themselves, that they could not possibly claim could apply to anyone else.
It is clearly a legal impossibility for some adults to honestly claim they can enact legislation like draconian adoption legislation to curtail the rights of other adults to make our own decisions.
It is deeply offensive, extremely damaging, and wholly… unnatural to try and legislate away what is the entirely… natural progression of a human being into adulthood, part of which inevitably involves making our own decisions. and taking responsibility for those decisions. The wholly unnatural draconian adoption legislation illegally seeks to arbitrarily deny a cohort of people the experience of becoming and being acknowledged as an adult, that involves making our own decisions we can take responsibility for, by unnaturally continuing to dishonestly claim draconian adoption legislation means we cannot make our own decisions as adults.
It was clearly seriously illegal and a very serious breach of the public trust placed in politicians and public officials to have me unlawfully arrested inside and outside a County Court in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on 21st December 2021 because reality caught up with draconian adoption legislation that is clearly null and void. There are no circumstances where it is legally possible to force someone like myself who is an adult who other adult have labelled adopted to comply with any part of draconian adoption legislation, including what are… onerous court proceedings. It is not the case that someone like myself, labelled adopted by others can be forced as an adult, to pay money to a court, and ask the ‘permission’ of a court to be able to make my own adult decisions, free from draconian adoption legislation. The true legal reality is draconian adoption legislation could not possibly be imposed on an adult.
The politicians are acting illegally and obviously… physically harming me by using draconian adoption legislation against me as an adult to not only stop me living in my own home in Breizh, France, but to intentionally make me homeless in Australia. The politicians and public officials use of draconian adoption legislation… against me, is so… abusive it is undeniable it is adversely affecting my physical health. (I do after all have some considerable experience of the illegal use of overtly political legislation like ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005 we forced off the statute books in the UK, despite the opposition of politicians on all supposed ‘sides’ to our doing that, so it is not like I have personally ever been overly sensitive to even the sustained… verbal abuse of politicians who also subjected me to the very serious physical abuse of being unlawfully arrested 48 times etc simply because politicians were illegally trying to avoid civil jury nullification of ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005 legislation too)
