Donna Bugat -v- State of Victoria, Australia & Ors: The politicians, police & courts know it was unlawful to arrest me inside & outside the County Court in Melbourne on 21st December 2021 because they did not want what they are legally obliged to keep which is a proper record of me, as an adopted person. refusing to comply with draconian adoption legislation which I am obviously legally entitled to do & does not exclude me from having free Australian passport etc in my own identity so… I can… choose where I live and work, while there is also the biggest opportunity to improve outcomes for most vulnerable children in out of home care (15.07.2022)

The political policy of draconian adoption legislation completely unraveled on Mothers Day 2006 in the UK because of the civil jury nullification of legislation.

The politicians, police and courts cannot say that someone labelled adopted must comply with any part of draconian adoption legislation. It is not credible for politicians and courts to claim highly unusual court orders that do not even have any logical connection to the facts or circumstances of any individual case, can be imposed on an adopted person and then continue into our adulthood.

The politicians, police and courts know it was unlawful to arrest me inside and outside the County Court in Melbourne on 21st December 2021 because they did not want what they are legally obliged to keep a proper record of, with me as an adopted person refusing to comply with draconian adoption legislation which I am obviously legally entitled to do

It is self evident that the only way my physical health which has dramatically worsened lately, because of the impossible living conditions imposed on me in Australia, that have resulted in very serious flare-ups of serious illnesses previously identified in France and Germany, are going to improve, is with a lengthy period of rest and recuperation in the privacy of my own home in Breizh, France. The unreasonable physical demands being imposed on me, have in addition resulted in my now needing to use at least one walking stick, to be able to walk any distance, that is painful anyway. I am aware this has happened because I do not have the opportunity for proper rest and recuperation in the privacy of my own home which is a manageable space for me too.

The fact I refuse to comply with draconian adoption legislation which has no legal grounds to interfere in my own life, and particularly since I am an adult, at which point I aged out of any out of home ‘care arrangements’ does not exclude me from having a free Australian passport etc in my own identity so… I can… choose where I wish to live and work.

The nullification of draconian adoption legislation is a long overdue opportunity to improve out of home care arrangements for the most vulnerable children.

A kinder evolution is possible.

This statement is true.

P.S:

I have canvassed the views of some of the people in Melbourne, who are homeless, and they agree that the recently built Mickleham quarantine centre is an obvious political solution to an unnecessary enduring problem of homelessness. There is clearly not enough social housing, that when combined with very expensive rental properties is causing increasing homelessness.

My personal view was that apart from Mickleham being used to accommodate homeless people who politicians are endlessly complaining about in the CBD, it should include an onsite health centre, and it should be run by a committee and board of people who are homeless.

It is a strange country that has a federal election about two months ago, yet the Parliament has not sat since then, despite so many important issues for politicians to deal with. It’s very unprofessional for a PM to effectively govern by media,
