The two-faced politicians like Whitlam, used what they call ‘adoption’ to publicly pose as ‘saviours’ with ‘Operation Babylift’ in Vietnam in… 1975:

I have not done anything ‘wrong’ that justifies the criminal negligence of politicians using draconian adoption legislation to physically harm and punish me.

The cynical political use by Whitlam of what politicians call ‘adoption’ to pose as a ‘saviour’ only sadly proved politicians were not going to ‘allow’ people they label ‘adopted’ to be free from draconian adoption legislation, anytime soon.

The Premier of the State of Victoria Andrews & the Leader of the Opposition Guy are legally obliged to immediately publicly confirm in witness statements that people who have been labelled ‘adopted’ cannot be forced to ‘comply’ with draconian adoption legislation.

I reasonably believe that politicians know I made legal history with my Universal High Court ‘Habeas Corpus’ Court Order from 16th April 2008 over Mothers Day 2006 in the UK that nullified draconian adoption legislation. The politicians always specifically try and hide the existence of my High Court ‘Habeas Corpus’ Court Order that I got after Vitol (a Sir Alan Duncan and Lord Malloch Brown) cynically sought to ‘leverage’ draconian adoption legislation for their own personal and financial profit. What politicians call ‘adoption’ I would reasonably call child trafficking. How anyone can try and claim commercial ‘adoption’ is anything other than child trafficking beggars belief.

The State Premier Andrews & Leader of the Opposition Guy, have intentionally sought to make me… homeless by stopping me living in my own home in Breizh, France, or having any emergency or over 55 social housing in Australia by LYING and falsely claiming behind my back in government records they refuse without lawful excuse to amend or compensate me over, that I “own property in Australia”. Their criminal negligence has intended to cause me serious physical harm, along with worsening multiple auto immune and related illnesses. The fact politicians resorted to LYING behind my back does prove they know what they are doing is illegal.

The politicians also illegally use draconian adoption legislation to stop me as an Australian citizen from having a passport in my own identity, because the political lies are that unlike people who are not labelled adopted, I need to pay money to and have the ‘permission’ of a ‘court’ to as an Australian citizen have an Australian passport in my own identity.

I clearly do not need the ‘permission’ of anyone else to have and assert my own legal rights that are not reliant on my ‘complying’ with draconian adoption legislation that is legally unjustifiable in any circumstances. It is only legally possible to have legally reviewable care arrangements vulnerable minors automatically age out of at adulthood. I am not legally obliged to ‘comply’ with any draconian adoption legislation. The fact politicians may have misled some adopters is frankly nothing compared to the obscene exploitation of vulnerable minors for political ends.

My home on 27th June 2019:

The politicians and public officials pat people they consider ‘good’ adopted people like a Dr Bach on the head (and parachute him in as a politician to fill a vacancy caused by the resignation of a fellow politician who had ‘sidestepped’ compensation claims by people labelled adopted) so that paragon of family virtue Murdoch can publish Bach saying adoption is the best thing since sliced bread at the same time politicians physically harm and literally try to criminalize someone they consider a ‘bad’ adopted person because I understandably refuse to ‘comply’ with draconian adoption legislation that has only ever unnecessarily caused me prolonged harm, while politicians cynically pose as ‘saviours’.

A kinder evolution is possible.
