The legal reality that is openly acknowledged by all reasonable, rational and responsible adults is that politicians cannot simply legislate whatever they like.
The politicians have no legal authority to legislate to make a permanent arrangement with people who call themselves ‘adopters’ to use the lifelong leash of an adoption ‘court order’ on someone the state label ‘adopted’ with draconian adoption legislation.
The… legal and legitimate form of ‘out of home’ care for vulnerable children that does not intentionally cause harm, is legally reviewable ‘care arrangements’ vulnerable children automatically ‘age out of’ at adulthood. The state does not have any remit/legal authority to interfere beyond that. There is intentional harm caused by the state, in labeling someone else ‘adopted’ while they are a vulnerable child, as a means to permanently deny that person autonomy and agency to make our own decisions as a child or adult like children and adults who are not labelled ‘adopted’ by others.
**** There is a clear link between my unlawful arrest on Mothers Day 2006 in the UK – My Universal High Court ‘Habeas Corpus’ Court Order from 16th April 2008 & the latest British Tory PM who was Mayor of London etc – the CCTV of the premeditated political torture and attempted murder of me – the former Australian Labour PM Rudd illegally hiding written reports from public officials – politicians hiding they illegally withheld my adoption ‘court order’ from me while I was living overseas – my being stopped from living in my own home in Breizh, France and forced to return to Australia in July 2019 – my then being illegally detained in hotel quarantine in Melbourne in August 2020 – the politicians then illegally circulating fraudulent information… behind my back, from 20th November 2020 onwards that I “own property… in Australia (while illegally refusing to issue me with an Australian passport in my own identity, and stopping me from living in my own home that I do own in Breizh, France) – having me unlawfully arrested inside and outside County Court in Melbourne on 21st December 2021 because I refuse to be labelled ‘adopted’ or recognise legitimacy of draconian adoption legislation that was in fact legally nullified on Mothers Day 2006 in the UK ****
(It could not be that someone labelled ‘adopted’ could be forced to only bring a legal challenge in the originating state)
The unlawful… political interference that does intentionally cause identifiable harm, is draconian adoption legislation that has no legitimate aim established in civil or criminal law which is why corrupt politicians who have no recognized defence in law, literally treat me like a criminal and have me unlawfully arrested because I refuse to be labelled ‘adopted’ or recognize the legitimacy of draconian adoption legislation because it is an unlawful state interference.
I am not legally obliged to fill in a form to ‘apply’ for what is mine (my identity, personal autonomy & agency) and to keep any corrupt politician or public official who is and has profited from my suffering, in a job.
The politicians have no legal authority to legislate to make a permanent arrangement with people who call themselves ‘adopters’ to use the lifelong leash of an adoption ‘court order’ on someone they both label with the political language of ‘adopted’ (which is not how someone who refuses to be labelled ‘adopted’ by others would describe what is serious state sponsored abuse) with draconian adoption legislation.
A kinder evolution is possible.
