There have never been any… choices for someone labelled ‘adopted’ by others, about being labelled ‘adopted’ by others.
The profound… victim blaming culture of draconian adoption legislation only… punishes me by seriously perversely claiming I must first agree to being labelled ‘adopted’ by others to stand a chance of no longer being labelled ‘adopted’ by others because it is only others… draconian adoption legislation that can decide if someone labelled ‘adopted’ by others should no longer be labelled ‘adopted’ by others.

I am not even ‘allowed’ to get a drivers licence in my own identity, because I am labelled ‘adopted’ by others.
The County Court in Melbourne knew on 21st December 2021 that politicians were trying to…. harm me, and that trying to… harm me, is and was all about… victim blaming.

The politicians knew that it was not only the political ban on peaceful law abiding private citizens peaceful freedom of expression in ss 132-138 of the ‘Serious Organized Crime & Police Act’ 2005 that was nullified on Mothers Day 2006, which politicians had to eventually admit in 2012 when it was forced off the statute books, but that draconian adoption legislation was nullified on Mothers Day 2006 too.
The politicians have just played pass the hot potato with the legal woo of their legally unjustifiable Hague Adoption Convention.
Most people know it is not uncommon for most politicians to live in a… state of denial whenever that happens to suits… themselves, that obviously extends more generally beyond draconian adoption legislation.
However, the only reason we were able to force ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005 off the statute books, in the UK, including relatively quickly, and before it was extended throughout the country was because we were a small group of people who were also adults. So vulnerable children labelled ‘adopted’ by others, while being completely isolated from anyone who might help them, have never stood a chance to even refuse to be labelled ‘adopted’ by others, and to force draconian adoption legislation off the statute books.
The use of draconian adoption legislation on… vulnerable children, highlights why most people would agree there should be an International Civil Court with the choice of juries, that would have meant the abuse of process of draconian adoption legislation that begins by being used against vulnerable children, would not have continued for so long.
The politicians not only do not ask and do not care what it is like for someone labelled ‘adopted’ by them who refuses to be labelled ‘adopted’ by them, but will lie about someone labelled adopted who refuses to be labelled adopted, behind my back.
The reason politicians told the lie behind my back was precisely because it was a lie they could not say to my face… or to a civil jury. The politicians obviously… intended to… harm me, by lying about me behind my back.
The true facts and legal reality mean there are no legal or medical grounds to label anyone ‘adopted’ but there are overwhelming legal and medical grounds to not use the label ‘adopted’ on either a vulnerable child, or against the will of someone as an adult too. It’s sooooo incredibly dishonest of politicians who try and sell ‘adoption’ to do that by resorting to…. lying about a law abiding private citizen, solely because I refuse to be labeled ‘adopted’ by others.
No-one ever owned up to who made the unsolicited phone call threatening me on New Years Eve, 31st December 2019, saying that my case about ‘adoption’ would never go (back) to court (because of course it was started in/by a court)
It is dishonest of politicians to even lie about the fact an adopted person does actually refuse to be labelled ‘adopted’ by others, including politicians.
I am persecuted solely because I refuse to be labelled ‘adopted’ and thereby subject to draconian adoption legislation which is like a whole completely separate far from legal system of arbitrary political judgements someone labelled ‘adopted’ is subject to…. forever, regardless of how much… harm is caused to the person labelled ‘adopted’.
I am soooooo legally entitled to have my own identity, and compensation, because politicians have only been lying about me behind my back, to try and cause me so much…. harm, because I refuse to be labelled ‘adopted’ by others.
A kinder evolution is possible.
