My identity was stolen from me when I was illegally labelled ‘adopted’ and the government lies about that, just never seem to end.
It really should not be a big deal for me to live with my own identity and an Australian passport with my own identity, in my own… home in Breizh, France.
I briefly went to Launch Housing in Collingwood today and told them the politicians are illegally refusing to provide me with an Australian passport in my own identity, while stopping me from living in my own home in Breizh, France because I am illegally labelled ‘adopted’.
The Launch Housing claimed on 20th May 2022, that Preston Social Housing et al ‘updated’ records on 20th November 2020, they just unquestioningly included that fraudulently claim I own property in Australia (the vague weasel words on 17th January 2020, are economical with the truth anyway, because it should have stated I am being illegally stopped from living in my own home that is in Breizh, France)
(The politicians seem to think it is very fashionable to impose labels like ‘adopted’ as though someone labeled ‘adopted’ by others is a just a product that could just be sold)
So, I asked Launch Housing to just provide me with a copy of my being refused public housing in Australia in 2019 while the government were illegally refusing to let me live in my own home in Breizh, France with my own identity, so I could just leave that with courts & DFAT etc while going to wait for an Australian passport in my own identity at the airport in Melbourne.
Launch Housing were oddly unwilling to be helpful and provide me with anything in writing saying they had been involved in my being refused social housing in Australia, if it was going to be given to a court in Australia or elsewhere.
I was then truly disgusted to discover (according to) Launch Housing they claim the records they hold include the fraudulent claim I own property in Australia (instead of Breizh, France). I said Launch Housing know that is not true because I showed them all the paperwork about my owning property in Breizh, France, along with copies of bills in my name there. The information launch Housing has held since 20th November 2020 is that I only own property in Australia, instead. I asked for a copy of their fraudulent records about the supposed property I own in Australia, so I could give them to a court and Launch Housing illegally refused to give a copy to me, without providing me with any legal grounds for their refusing to do that.
It should always be a straightforward put up or shut up (in legal terms) because it is information about me, after all.
Anyway, there was some back and forth between a staff member and ‘the manager’ who incredibly remained hidden and disinterested in looking into and correcting any fraudulent !! records, which I find quite extraordinary, and… reckless.
I asked where my fake ‘adopted’ identity !! ( I said I prefer to use my real identity which really should be my choice and particularly in this day and age when politicians spend so much time claiming so many people, except of course people labelled ‘adopted’ can ‘identify’ as whatever they like)… was supposed to privately own property in Australia and Launch Housing claimed they could not tell me that because the gist was they claimed they did not know !!!!???? They also could not tell me what they had done with information I had given them about my owning property in Breizh, France since 2013 which is obviously not disputed. There are records of my earlier buying and selling my property… in the UK in 1999 and 2006 too.
Launch Housing claim (or ‘their version’ is) their records about me were ‘updated’ from information given to them by Preston ‘Social Housing’ (DHHS & Vic gov) on 20th November 2020 who falsely claimed I own private property in Australia. Launch Housing had included that information on their own records unquestioningly, without any verification, from someone they could not/or would not name.
I can only presume the manager at Launch Housing was too lazy and comfortable with her salary to make any enquiries to try and correct the fraudulent records while I was there and they unbelievably sought to pass the buck to me !! to be the unpaid fraud detective, which is just appalling.
I pointed out it is also not up to me to prove… I do not own property in Australia. It is up to Launch Housing & Preston ‘social housing’ & DHHS (who I didn’t know had anything to do with social housing) et al to explain why they are publishing and … circulating fraudulent records about my owning property in Australia.
(It’s not like the City of Monash would have handed the property at Crab-Apple Reserve, over to me, let alone without informing me)
It is clear that Launch Housing could have acted professionally and sorted it all out while I was there but they simply didn’t want to because it was… easier to discriminate against me, than deal with the serious issue that a politician or public official fraudulently falsified and is circulating false information about my owning property in Australia.
** I suspect it is possible looking at the dates, that what has happened was after I formally complained about being illegally detained by the same DHHS in ‘hotel quarantine’ in Docklands in August 2020 because I complained I was illegally being stopped from living in my own home in Breizh, France while also being illegally denied even public housing while in Australia, that someone thought the easiest thing to do was enter and circulate fraudulent information (on 20th November 2020) about my owning property in Australia **
I only found out that was going on by… chance today. I understandably declined the distraction from Launch Housing for me to sign anything else giving them permission to have/use any further information about me, because I pointed out Launch Housing who are quite an unprofessional empathy free zone, don’t even care about fraudulent information about my owning property in Australia, being given to them by someone else, that was unquestioningly included as ‘notes’ in their records.
As for the Preston ‘social housing’ DHHS et al outfit, who I have never met in my entire life and know nothing about (I don’t even know anyone in Preston) their manager will need to identify the person who maliciously entered the fraudulent information on the 20th November 2020 about my owning property in Australia, and provide me with a record of all that to file with courts, that I would need to do outside Australia too, because I have no idea where that fraudulent information that can be used in all sorts of ways, has been circulated.
And to think, none of this would have happened if I had not been and people were not being illegally labelled ‘adopted’.
It’s easy to see why I would want to be using my own identity, and be free from the endless lies attached to being labelled ‘adopted’.
A kinder evolution is possible.
