The reality is DFAT should have all the information they need about me, to provide me with a free ‘replacement’ passport in my own identity of Donna Bugat, because they know who I am from Parliament Square, Central London anyway

In any event it is my intention to progress receipt of a free ‘replacement’ Australian passport in my own identity that I have properly requested and is overdue, even if I have to move into/wait in the airport in Melbourne.
(for the avoidance of doubt, I am identifying as myself !!)

I am not personally interested:
a) why the DOJ persist in lying about what records they have given me and when, that is obviously a typically cynical and manipulative exercise in trying to shift blame
or
b) their latest claim while I am awaiting a free ‘replacement’ Australian passport in my own identity from DFAT, that the DOJ can pick and choose what ‘adoption’ records about me they do reasonably know belong to me, they may feel like giving me.
Really ?
To most sensibly resolve as much of that long-standing dispute with the DOJ from July 2019 as possible (it is after all in case they haven’t noticed while they have been living in their homes and I have not, now 2022) their ‘Team Manager’ a Ms Biondic from the DOJ will need to send me what they say is a complete set of the DOJ records about my adoption they have, by email, today, so I can then confirm… receipt of that information to the Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police and their legal department, and DFAT because that is all obviously also directly relevant to the passport issue.
If the… legal department at the DOJ are refusing to transfer that information to me by email today then they will need to inform me so I can ask for a subpoena etc because they obviously have no legal grounds to pick and choose/ refuse/delay etc
(The pictures of the abduction of me in the UK, when the British government were
found to have illegally destroyed independent video footage, along with the landmark
‘Contempt of Court’ case in March 2007 about the courts illegally refusing to keep accurate and contemporaneous records of proceedings (at a time of endless scandals about widespread corruption in Westminster) before I was then several months later literally kidnapped from a court during live proceedings !! in July 2007 over satellite litigation, to illegally stop me giving evidence (when as Murdoch publicly pointed out a Sir Richard Mottram was as Joint Chair of Intelligence Committee, sharing emails around about Parliament Square) along with the fact it was never clear to me or anyone else why the British government were unable to send an original copy of the CCTV about the premeditated political torture and attempted murder of me, to me,
by… email (which in the absence of them doing could only reasonably be construed as an admission of guilt) all of which would explain to most people why I personally and quite sensibly try to avoid where possible going into government buildings
Most of all, I do not like being labelled ‘adopted’ because it involves and has always involved, nothing but trouble)

The County Court in Melbourne will need to provide an affidavit to me by email today that I can also give a copy of to DFAT and the Chief Commissioner of Victorian Police & their legal department too, confirming the fact of the refusal by the County Court in Melbourne, to provide me at any and all times, as the person labelled ‘adopted’ with the adoption ‘court order’ about me (which is obviously also directly relevant to the issue of a free ‘replacement’ Australian passport in my own identity) It is after all obviously usual for courts generally, to provide (and for people to get from the court) a copy of ‘court orders’ to the person they are about !!
A kinder evolution is possible.
