The only reason politicians illegally included their… ‘permission’ distraction in draconian adoption legislation is because unless politicians can force someone under… duress who has been labelled ‘adopted’ to ‘agree’ to having been labelled ‘adopted’ -and- to go along with draconian adoption legislation, the politicians are also… automatically ‘absolutely liable’ to pay compensation too.
No-one reasonably believes it is legally possible to have anything other than legally reviewable ‘care arrangements’ vulnerable children… automatically ‘age out of’ at adulthood.
The draconian adoption legislation is on any reading really dire and dystopian, which it is in practice too.
The dystopian ‘stand-over’ tactics of this prolonged political persecution were all proved in court, to be absolutely unlawful:
It is obviously seriously illegal (ie; basically corrupt) for politicians to try and pressure someone they labelled ‘adopted’ to go along with whatever politicians want just because otherwise politicians are… automatically ‘absolutely liable’ to pay compensation.
The draconian adoption legislation relies entirely on using political ‘stand-over’ tactics on law abiding private citizens.
The British government of Johnson et al (who had already been found to have illegally destroyed… independent video footage from above, always refused to hand over the CCTV of pretty much the repeat performance of above that took place on the same date, several years later that involved the premeditated political torture and attempted murder of me:
A person labelled ‘adopted’ has never really had any real ‘choice’ to make our own decisions, free from the improper influence of draconian adoption legislation that is in any true legal sense null and void.
The politicians cannot really argue the Victorian police were more recently, also using anything other than ‘stand-over’ tactics on 21st December 2021 inside and outside the County Court in Melbourne when all the political lies that had been told about adoption, had literally gone the full circle and ended up where they began.
I am not even voluntarily in the country !!
(There are some overlapping similarities between the ‘permission’ distraction in draconian adoption legislation, and Westminster’s political ban on peaceful freedom of expression from law abiding private citizens in ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005, I forced off the statute books in the UK, which we were only able to do because we were adults)

In my own case, the illegal use of ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005 in the UK obviously significantly compounded the harm that had.. already been caused to me, by my being illegally labelled ‘adopted’ by a… court !!I am legally entitled to a now overdue… free ‘replacement’ Australian passport in my own identity, because the only reason politicians have always used ‘stand-over’ tactics to try & rob me of my identity and citizenship is because they always knew my entirely naturally refusing to be labelled ‘adopted’ also means politicians are… automatically ‘absolutely liable’ to pay compensation too, so I can live in my own home in Breizh, France.
It is straightforward for DFAT in Victoria to immediately arrange a free ‘replacement’ Australian passport in my own identity, with an appointment if it is really necessary, because they do already know me.
There are no circumstances where I am legally obliged to ever put my trust in any politician or public official ever again.
A kinder evolution is possible.
