My own identity of Donna Bugat is essential to my peaceful freedom of expression and legal right like anyone else to self determination.

The true legal reality is adopted people do automatically ‘age out’ of what can only ever be legally reviewable care arrangements as children, for all vulnerable children, until adulthood, to avoid all sorts of entirely foreseeable exploitation like the political… excuses of draconian adoption legislation that is legally meaningless and legally unenforceable.

The politicians know it is absolutely… unlawful to use such a fundamental abuse of process with draconian adoption legislation to try and reverse the ‘onus of proof’ onto an adopted person by dishonestly purporting it is for an adopted person to… justify to the …satisfaction of… anyone else draconian adoption legislation not being imposed as either a child or adult.

It is politicians and courts who have refused without lawful excuse to make or keep an accurate and contemporaneous record of any prolonged and life threatening physical and emotional harm caused by draconian adoption legislation, because they have never cared about vulnerable children.

The courts failed in their most basic duty to inform all adopted people they are adopted along with providing all adopted people with adoption orders made against them so they could genuinely be legally reviewable including in a timely manner. This means that the true reality is not all people who are adopted even know they are adopted. This harm is further compounded by phoney so called ’open adoptions’ which are just another gratuitous… marketing ploy so unscrupulous adults can shamefully parade minors as their latest must have accessory, to dishonestly purport it is lawful to publicly breach the… privacy of all adopted people.

Rudd who only used politics to promote Ingeus has never deserved a single penny of public money:

The politicians make no attempt at any semblance of reasoned public discourse about adoption because politicians across the spectrum are unified in their uncompromising stance in favour of adoption, backed up by an unlimited budget for its promotion, so adoption has only diminished in some countries because of changing circumstances and the fact it is extremely rare to find a law abiding private citizen who is adopted who will publicly headline any support for the cruel vicissitudes of draconian adoption legislation. It is politicians who stubbornly refuse to even acknowledge adopted people… publicly speaking out against adoption. It was unconscionable for police to actually arrest me not only inside but outside a court of law because I… officially renounce draconian adoption legislation. An adopted child can at the very least sense there is something seriously unnatural and wrong about adoption that an adult person knows when confronted with the realities of trying to free ourselves from the shackles of adoption that people who are not adopted do not have to do, fully know how the whole adoption… industry really is rotten and corrupt.

It’s an unusual ‘tax exempt’…business rather than ‘more likely than not’, including ‘investing’ money from the Victorian government in ‘hedge funds’:

There is clearly no equivalence including of experience, between a minor who has draconian adoption legislation arbitrarily imposed on them, and an adult who adopts. The typical profile of an adult who adopts these days is by and large limited to a gong grabbing monarchist who is a bought and paid up member of the whole cult of celebrity selling themselves as ‘saviours. Of course it doesn’t take an ‘integrity commission’ for a reasonable and responsible law abiding private citizen to know a monarchy who lack the basic good… manners to withdraw while imposing superfluous overpaid and unelected state governors and a governor general on the tax payer dime are also a fundamental democratic deficit in somewhere like Australia.

The Victorian government’s $2 billion dollar ‘Breakthrough’ slush fund with its own… moonlighting civil servant posing as a ‘Director’ at ‘Asia Society’ is an interesting twist on ‘branch stacking’ that nevertheless does raise a ‘confluence’ of ‘conflicts of interest’:

The facts are the groundhog day over Mothers Day 2006 showed that Rudd & Rein with their ‘Kevin 07’ poverty profiteering racket fronted by the legally unjustifiable Ingeus and the revolving doors of Australian PM-FM-PM to illegally collect massive government contracts not only in Australia but in the UK etc too, did break the law and very seriously breach the public trust placed in them including over my High Court ‘Habeas Corpus’ Court Order from 16th April 2008 and the premeditated political torture and attempted murder of me. My case conclusively proved in the British High Court when I gave evidence on oath on the witness stand, on 21st June 2010 that an Australian PM would illegally use public office to maliciously target an… Australian citizen in another country, while and to personally financially profit himself. Australians who are adopted do not just live in Australia and of course I was in Parliament Square, Central London while Rudd was literally doing nothing more than lying his way through politics for his own personal financial profit that dishonestly included the $1.4 billion dollar brown envelope he collected from the British Tories to hide the lawsuit (ie: HQ11X00563) I won !! Rudd has never cared about any child anywhere separated from their own family by political legislation. The political language of divide and rule in Australia with stolen generations and forced adoptions disguises a far wider and much longer standing… global problem.

And some senior Federal DFAT… moonlighting with very serious ‘conflicts of interest’ too:

The simple fact is Rudd is not a fit and proper person to… benefit from government contracts that he only got by literally robbing me of compensation from lawsuits. He’s not good friends with the British PM Johnson who was Mayor of London, for any other reason than ripping me off, because I am adopted and in ripping me off, is ripping off other adopted people too.

Must be a long time Rudd et al crony:

It was clearly illegal for Rudd et al to try and stop civil or criminal jury nullification of draconian adoption legislation.

It’s difficult to ascertain why the Victorian… government are ‘foundation partners’:

The only reason Rudd has ever got any or so many government contracts from all sorts of political parties is because he is willing to… exploit other people, including while he was illegally using the revolving doors of PM-FM-PM. There is and was nothing clever about Rudd’s poverty profiteering that simply relies on a) privatizing on lower wages and conditions etc, staff who would otherwise be working in the civil service that would make the government more accountable in elections, while b) simultaneously skimming from the welfare budget to give themselves more money by imposing onerous not so ‘mutual obligations’ etc on people who are not only unemployed but more often or not in that situation because of… illness who are all too often then forced into low paid and unstable employment. The latest British Tory Home Secretary only wants to copy the former Australian PM Rudd with his ‘off shore processing’ of asylum seekers, yet his own preferred place to showboat turns out to be ‘offshore’ in New York, in the United States.

The Rudd media mouth for hire is pretty much like the Blair media mouth for hire (it would be difficult to fit both their egos in an ordinary sized office together):

The ‘Asia Society’ is a curious example of a ‘tax exempt’ business that ‘invests’ the tax payer dime from the Victorian government in hedge funds too.

The ego called Rudd is not exactly subtle grandstanding as CEO at the not so diverse ‘Asia Society’ (& as an ‘external adviser’ at the IMF with the undemocratic Lord Malloch Brown who perversely touts voting machines despite as a member of the British House of Lords being opposed to democracy) along with civil servants Dooley and the Victorian government’s $2 billion dollar ‘Breakthrough’ slush fund & Campbell, who is while Secretary at DFAT et al also… moonlighting as ‘Directors’ with a ‘confluence’ of ‘conflicts of interest’. It is completely unacceptable that the Victorian government fund Rudd at the ‘Asia Society’.

Most people would agree anyone could do a better job as CEO of the ‘Asia Society’ or as an ‘external adviser’ at the IMF than Rudd whose politics only also followed the hung parliament in the UK in 2010.

It is meaningless when Australian politicians just do the old finger pointing elsewhere because they themselves always have the ability to set a good example. Rudd only ever dodged the question of compensation over draconian adoption legislation. I personally advocate for the independence of juries and annual elections for all politicians with maximum terms of public office regardless of any combined roles to help promote the peace and harmony of the rule of law and some genuine democracy.

The Australian politics around 21st June 2010 & 23rd June 2010 look like a sideshow compared to the very political goings on in Parliament Square, Central London following on from the ‘controversy’ of a ‘hung parliament’:

In any event, an adopted person does not need to change our own lives or keep starting over to suit politicians. The Australian politicians were at the very least legally obliged to provide me with a ‘Disability Pension’ while I was living in my own home in Breizh, in France if they really thought they had any legal grounds to not pay compensation given 21st June 2010 etc. There are absolutely no legal grounds for any politician or public official, to restrict my… freedom of movement by refusing to provide me with a free Australian passport in my own identity, just because I was adopted and I have… officially renounced draconian adoption legislation. The fact politicians can be spiteful just for the sake of it, does not make it legal. I am certainly not voluntarily in Australia. My personal view of Australian politics generally is that there are only bully boys who are an international… embarrassment.

I personally prefer to promote small scale accessible and affordable clean renewable energy options for private citizens, which has the potential to provide so much greater autonomy etc for ordinary people, regardless of whatever is the direction of travel of governments and big business.

A much kinder evolution is possible.
