It is a matter of fact that my adopted name was illegally leaked by the BBC on Mothers Day 2006 along with false information as… a diversion from my having multiple permanent injunctions against …legislation, from a jury.
I was a…. private citizen who had not done anything wrong, and was not remotely interested in being a human performing seal to generate false profits for the state broadcaster or the other robber media barons.
The Daily Mail et al then went to town.
(I did originally… legally name agent provocateurs on 13th January 2010 who were being illegally used to bring malicious prosecutions against Brian and myself who were working with the BBC and Lord Rothermere et al, including in HQ11X00563 etc)
This is the same media circus who operate in… Australia !! which serves as a reminder I should be in my own home in the Breton Woods in France.
I’d much rather be quietly watching the Tour De France in the Pyrenees.
A Gerard Clarke (who now works for 45 Grays Inn) could not deny to any jury, he LIED on behalf of the Home Secretary et al on 17th January 2012 while also working for the Daily Mail, because he knew there was a) no stay on HQ11X00563 on 16th January 2012 protecting people working “undercover” for the Westminster “parliamentary press gallery” like the BBC and Daily Mail et al, just like there was no injunction protecting people working for the Westminster “parliamentary press gallery” like the BBC and Daily Mail et al in their staged diversion of a Judicial Review referred to in his email on 17th January 2012, while Clarke was also representing Lord Rothermere et al on 13th & 20th January 2012 in a different Judicial Review purportedly about the Leveson spin, involving the Judge who is twin sister of Johnson’s economic adviser while he was London Mayor, who is now the Chairman of the BBC who are legally obliged to publish a court stamped copy of my ‘Bogan’ Court Order from Mothers Day 2006.
It’s not a ‘co-incidence’ that Gerard Clarke was representing the Home Secretary (and another former PM) while also representing Lord Rothermere & the Daily Mail)
The Daily Mail were in full on lie fest mode on 16th & 17th January 2012 too.
And Murdoch’s mouthpiece Lord Marlesford is then flapping away… lying in the House of Lords on Hansard too, on 27th January 2012 with inexcusably offensive comments, because he couldn’t deny to a jury he too knew the email on 17th January 2012 was a massive lie of quite epic proportions, acting as a diversion from HQ11X00563 etc
And a government wonders why a law abiding member of the public might opt for a jury and permanent injunctions against legislation instead of an inbred Westminster ‘obstacle’ course of unprecedented “serious procedural irregularities” ??????
(I wasn’t involved in Leveson etc because I have… jury lawsuits)
