I… knew when I was a… small child that adoption was wrong.
The unreasonableness of adoption legislation is highlighted by the fact people who have full time nannies or are sent to boarding school do not have the shared experience of the unreasonableness of adoption legislation.
The fact there is no comparable institution to the British House of Lords, in Australia, the EU or the United States means it was inevitable the British House of Lords would have to be legally reformed or the UK would leave the EU.
The unreasonableness of both adoption legislation and the British House of Lords means both are unworkable.
The combined effect of adoption… legislation across multiple jurisdictions, along with the British House of Lords is completely untenable.
The only reasonable compromise is:
a) the permanent injunction against adoption legislation (with a basic ‘universal income’ for adopted people)
and
b) the British House of Lords being replaced by a publicly elected second chamber (the fact there is no English Parliament per se, is a separate issue related to Westminster fudging devolution too)
I did the right thing and moved to the Breton Woods in France (which was the first country I entered after leaving the UK where I was legally entitled to claim political asylum too, that I couldn’t claim because of adoption… legislation) because I had never done anything wrong in Australia or the UK.
It was only adoption… legislation that stopped me being able to live in my own home in the Breton Woods in France, and peacefully move on with… my own life.

My Universal Mothers Day 2006 Court Order -v- the State of Victoria and Ors (ie: Lord Blair of Boughton, the BBC, Murdoch’s Newscorp & Angus Knight) that is proportionate, legitimate, accountable and necessary in a democratic society provides for:
a) a permanent injunction against adoption… legislation
this means adopted people are legally entitled to upon request, the basic minimum of a no questions asked financial equivalent to disability support pension, along with medical, travel and accommodation costs paid for by governments, which is the best ‘no fault’ deal governments can negotiate, that is essentially a ‘universal basic income’.
b) the replacement of the British House of Lords with a publicly elected second chamber before the next general election in the UK (that has elections every time there is a general election or every five years, that could also lead to second referendums on the London Mayoralty and EU)
… to help re-unite people within the peace and harmony of the rule of law.
The British House of Lords proved no adopted person needs to ask the permission of or pay money to any politician or public official who in the case of the British House of Lords would refuse to hand over the CCTV of the torture and attempted murder of me, as an… adopted person, in a timely manner.
It is irrelevant whether or not I live in the UK.
c) there is… mandatory recording, by public officials and private contractors with government contracts, of complaints of state sponsored torture and attempted murder
d) immediate financial compensation for me of £200 million pounds from Angus Knight, and $3 billion dollars from Murdoch’s Newscorp who have profited from my adoption and the torture and attempted murder of me
e) the BBC and their ‘World service’ are legally obliged to publish a stamped court copy of my Mothers Day 2006 Court Order
f) I have a case manager… in France who unravels all the global ‘bureaucracy’ of my adoption for me.

The legal reality is I would be legally entitled to have the Australian government pay me the equivalent of Disability Support Pension upon request, while living in my own home in France, along with paying all my medical costs, all with no questions asked… even if I did not have the additional lawsuits, because the fact adoption… legislation is unworkable is not my fault.
The best ’no fault’ deal governments can ask for regarding unworkable adoption legislation is a no questions asked payment equivalent to the disability support pension, with all medical, travel and accommodation costs paid for by governments, regardless of the age of an adopted person or where an adopted person is living. If I am not living in my own home in France, the State or Federal Australian governments are legally obliged to pay my accommodation costs.
I do consider myself the equal of any person in or the entire British House of Lords, who I proved I do not need to ask the permission of or pay any money to them or any other politician or public official to have… my own identity.
It is a straightforward matter, the British House of Lords who give themselves all manner of titles and entitlements while illegally changing the identities of vulnerable children, and claiming the public cannot vote the Lords out, are clearly unworkable, because the British House of Lords illegally refused to hand over the CCTV of the torture and attempted murder of me, as an… adopted person, including in a timely manner. The problem with the British House of Lords is they are not publicly elected and do not have sensible term limits while there is also no limit on the size of the British House of Lords.
The suggestion that I would need to pay money to and have the permission of politicians and public officials who hide the CCTV of the torture and attempted murder of me, to have my own identity too, is completely unreasonable, and then some.
A jury would agree the abuse of me in the UK is entirely the fault of the British House of Lords because they refuse without lawful excuse to have any checks and balances and safeguards, like becoming a publicly elected second chamber with reasonable fixed terms, to protect… the public.
I do personally need a case manager… in France (the French government obviously know my contact details) to unravel all the global bureaucracy arising from my adoption, for me, that is not my fault, so I can peacefully live a safe and sustainable life in my… own home in France.
