Donna (Case 352): I believe in natural peace & harmony of rule of law, not manipulative excuses of bogus ‘power sharing’ legislation between politics & monarchy over adoption & incl. Parliament Square, Central London with the GLA Act 1999 (11.06.2021)

I… knew when I was a…. small child that adoption was wrong, despite the fact I did not know about things like legislation etc. So it is the peace and harmony of the rule of law that is entirely natural, and takes precedence over bogus legislative ‘power sharing’ between politics and monarchy over adoption & including for example Parliament Square, Central London through the GLA Act in 1999.

We know the monarchy knew the referendum they agreed to over the London Mayoralty and GLA was a bogus legislative ‘power sharing’ agreement between politics and them, because… after I had won the ‘decisive’ legal victory in their ‘courts’ over Mothers Day in 2006, on 13 December 2007 (that happened to be the same day Brown was then late signing up to the Article 50 referendum in the Lisbon Treaty) the monarchy then sought in 2008, to lay directly with the land registry, their own claim over parts of what is known as Parliament Square, Central London.

I was always clear (whilst repealing ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005, and despite legislation subsequently specifically made against me in the UK with ss 143 etc of the PRSR Act 2011 to… hide both Hansard from 23rd May 2000, and the fact politicians would… maliciously make… legislation against a single law abiding civilian, from any civil or criminal … jury) that Parliament Square, Central London in the UK must remain a public space, where… the public can peacefully campaign (which is reasonable self defence)… regardless of elected and unelected politicians and monarchy.

The legal department of the DOJ in Victoria (in the revolving doors of adoption between for example the DHHS & DOJ on 1st July 2019 which happened to be when I was forced to return to Australia) are legally obliged to advise me in writing by email of any legal objections they have to my stay/permanent injunction against bogus ‘power sharing’ adoption… legislation.

I do not personally ‘reasonably believe’ the legal department of the DOJ et al have any legal grounds to oppose my stay/permanent injunction against adoption legislation. There is… no reason any properly informed adopted person would want to go along with the manipulative excuses of extremely divisive adoption … legislation.

It is self evident that Murdoch’s Newscorp owes me $3 billion dollars compensation.

My stay/permanent injunction against adoption legislation also means in the true facts and circumstances of my own case, that I will need two additional passports apart from British and Australian passports in my real name of Donna Bugat, because there are obviously no legal grounds that could be made out that it would be reasonable for me to for example… rely on simply… trusting governments et al.

The problems of inequality arise, specifically through the abuse of legislative power that is inconsistent with the autonomy of the peace and harmony of the rule of law.

The peace and harmony of the rule of law helps make the world a safer and kinder place for everyone.
