An autonomous universal political party.

This is to notify the Australian Electoral Commission et al of my stay/permanent injunction against adoption legislation, in my transition to an autonomous universal political party, with $3 billion dollars compensation from Murdoch’s Newscorp.

The Victorian Law Reform among others around the world acknowledge that the divisive arbitrary and inconsistent adoption legislation, that in practice includes the global free for all of the Hague Adoption Convention, is not fit for purpose because of course there are no legal grounds to in part or whole… erase a vulnerable child’s identity including existing nationalities and citizenships, all without any legal representation. My own lived experience of adoption legislation that is unnecessary and disproportionate is that it can have far reaching physical, emotional and legal consequences throughout our lives as adults too.

I have thus far, completely missed out on experiencing my own Mediterranean cultural heritage, in any positive and meaningful way, because it includes one of endless diaspora around the Mediterranean, and through Eastern Europe to the Central Asian steppes being press-ganged into never ending socially constructed ‘sides’ etc.

Any reasonable, rational and responsible decent and civilised society should first and foremost protect all of the most vulnerable… children from political, religious and royal legislative excesses.

My personal view is autonomous states within the peace and harmony of the rule of law, which is what we essentially consistently did in Parliament Square, Central London, are the best forms of governance.

It is commonsense that my stay/permanent injunction against adoption… legislation that is intended to repeal adoption and replace it with legally reviewable custody arrangements until adulthood, means adopted people are legally entitled to keep any rights of residency, along with nationalities and citizenships we acquired through no fault of our own, through our adoption, that cannot be revoked without our permission, regardless of any politics or… constitutions (ie: s.44 and dual nationality) that in turn will actually benefit… everyone.

There is no… evidence that any nationality or citizenship changes or affects the ability of a law abiding person to properly scrutinize… legislation that may have local, national and international legal consequences.

An avoidable global pandemic that highlights a fundamental… universal need to improve healthcare for everyone is also a time to recognize there is a place for autonomous universal political parties to help address problems in local and national governance, globally. This is particularly important in the transition to clean renewable energy that can provide greater autonomy for the public.

I have not, like political, religious and royal leaders ever relied on legal immunity, including during my own 7+ years in Parliament Square, Central London, so I know from my repeal of legislation there, before Murdoch’s Newscorp 1 in 7 billion people legislation against me, it is in the… public interest to have national candidates who can be part of an autonomous universal political party to help create a balance between competing transnational organizations and corporations.

The fact there are so many multicultural families of all sorts, all around the world is not reflected in any responsible governance in any meaningful way.

It is essential to have proper scrutiny of… legislation that can unite or divide any civilized society, locally, nationally or internationally, to achieve a fairer and kinder society for everyone.

I ‘reasonably believe’ I am legally entitled to in my own name of Donna Bugat and in accordance with any public interest test, and universal jurisdiction, have an autonomous universal political party recognized by the Australian Electoral Commission that is registered at my own home in the Breton Woods in France, that would be the first autonomous universal political party with national candidates in for example, the British Commonwealth and European Union.

It’s… legally do-able, and that would… voluntarily make me a… political party !! with a positive difference, within the peace and harmony of the rule of law.

I am not the only one, who is quite certain, Murdoch’s Newscorp et al (who have by contrast had the benefit of an entourage of lawyers) will not be contradicting me about anything in any… court of law, with or without a jury, in what would be the best possible ‘out of court’ settlement.
